That we couod use the Otis bar for a family celebration. We were able to continue enjoying each other's company well into the night

Please don't disclose to our cousin who paid for and organised the 100th birthday function. The venue was great but the food was substandard. The pizza pieces were dry n over cooked. The sliders were tastless and the other food was greasy. It felt like it has been overcooked or re heated. I would have been very disappointed if i had paid for it. However another family member ordered food for us in the early evening and it was good.

loved the breakfast it was amazing - friendly helpful staff! thank you

the reception staff were overall great and helpful, I think there was someone new on the team she was limited with help and when I asked about wifi she said there should be something in your room about it, I asked again if there was a password though in the room and she said she did not know to check there first and if I could not find anything to come back down. I said is there anyway you could ask someone as I have to go into a meeting and she said that she didn't have time.

Spacious, comfortable room with very comfortable bed, central to Campbelltown.

I stayed here to be close to a hospital I had to be at for a procedure at 6:15 a.m. the next day. It was very good for that, except that it seems this kind of hotel doesn't have proper kitchen facilities with cooking utensils, which would have made it perfect. I needed a strainer to strain food in order to follow my doctor's instructions, but had to use a teaspoon to scoop out the solids in chicken noodle soup, so I could just drink the broth. (Yes, this was part of the recommended diet for the night before the procedure).

The location and cleanliness of the room.

I would suggest to use hand wash rather than soaps in the basin area closer to the toilet .It doesn’t look hygienic.Cloths hanger inside the bathroom would be good as the doors have no lock and cloth hangers are outside and hence no privacy.I have booked this room with 2 double beds for 2 adults and 2 children (10 and 14 years old).Breakfast was included. Most of the items were good but some items like mushrooms could have been cooked better.

Staff were really lovely, especially the cleaning staff and the ladies who made me a hot chocolate every morning…. They were the best. Great beds, I could have slept all day. My own little oasis after a busy few days.

I didn’t like that you can not change the air conditioning temperature to your own private temperature, I did find my room was chilly at times and when getting back at night in winter it really did need to be changed.

Rooms clean and spacious. The hotel was central to everything supermarket and food places and restaurants all nearby. Also major stadium nearby if you're attending sporting events. Staff very helpful with any queries.

Only gripe we had was the power points were on the skirting board on the floor and you couldn't plug anything in them. It seems they were installed before the carpet and then the carpet was installed. Also it was a bit awkward with having to walk into the shower past the toilet.

The staff were lovely, very polite, friendly & helpful .. The room was clean & tidy .. The beds were comfortable .. The buffet breakfast was nice & there were plenty of choices .. The underground parking was very convenient for both myself & my mother .. Our overall experience was pleasant & enjoyable ..

It was physically difficult & unsafe for my elderly mother to use the shower over the bathtub ..

Bed was super comfortable and the room was modern and well designed. Having Chromecast is great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was immaculately clean. Excellent facilities nearby, especially the gym.

The Wi-Fi returned an error when I tried to connect. Hallway noise travelled easily into the room so we were woken early in the morning by screaming kids. The furniture (couch, chair) in the room was stained.

I loved the breakfast it filled me up till dinner time! The room was great although I did have a few dramas with the Chromcast with the Telly the cleaning crew do a fantastic job and give you a big smile and say hello I love that! Would definitely stay again.

Just trying to use the Chromcast on the tv to stream Netflix it kept cutting out no big deal could be that it doesn’t like apple.

The room was clean, comfy bed and the room service meal we had was restaurant quality. The restaurant downstairs was a buzz with live music and good food, there is also a great club right next door for other food options.

Our room was on the side of the hotel that faces the main highway and was a little noisy. Cabinetry in the room could do with an update, it's a bits knocked about. All considered, I would definitely stay again.
