Good location, staff were lovely and friendly, rooms has recently been renovated and look lovely and clean, beds and pillows are SUPER comfortable. Great little sports bar attached to the hotel. If we are ever in the area again we would stay here in a heartbeat

Not sure if there was free wifi offered? There was no information in the rooms on how to connect. There was a TINY issue with a heap of the tv channels not working but we were able to get some to work so worked out in the end. And it wasnt an issue but something to note, these guys ask for a $150.00 deposit from you for the room, just ensure you budget for the extra $50.00 (but this was released back onto my card within 24 hours) - again, not a bad thing just something to note if your on a tight budget.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable the family rooms are 2 bedroom with a kitchen and lots of room. They are doing a lot of renovations so be patient as it’s an older hotel but is being modernised. The family rooms have continuous hot water. Bronwyn in reception is amazing and will go out of her way to make your stay the best it can be. I love the Hotel that is on the same grounds and the Mexican restaurant. The food and drinks are amazing and the prices are extremely affordable. Staff over there are also amazing.

The hot water is not continuous on the single room side of the hotel and apparently is a problem due to work being done at the property. I was told it was going to be rectified. The showers and bathrooms are a bit small but manageable.

Really enjoyed our recent stay! The location was perfect—close to everything we needed. The room was tidy, comfortable, and very practical, making it easy to relax and feel at home. Hoping to come back again soon!

Unfortunately, our neighbors were quite inconsiderate, making a lot of noise early in the morning, which disrupted our sleep. It would be greatly appreciated if guests could be reminded to always be mindful and respectful of others during their stay.

The whole hotel has been renovated. all the rooms are redone and modern. very clean and comfortable now. The pub and pokie room is all redone with modern and clean bathrooms. beautiful gardens and water fountain. Even a new Kebab/hot food shop, witch is so convenient. honestly think it’s got to be the number one motel in the area at the moment, it’s accomodating, comfortable, convenient and budget friendly. lovely reception lady as well.

The convenience. There is a pool table in the gaming room of the hotel which we like.

Not a lot of parking spaces, but the ones that are there are very narrow so most people take up 2 spaces, which is annoying. You can’t buy food until after 5 unless you are in the gaming room. The shower in room 2 runs either scorching hot or freezing cold, there was no in between.

Clean and comfortable.Room service was great.Received a warm welcome from the receptionist.It was worth the price.Location, parking facilities were a bonus.Separate rooms with 2 single beds and 1 double bedrooms provided privacy.Addition of having Foxtel was amazing to watch movies and other programs.

The location was great. It had everything that you would want with the sports bar, pool table, restaurants open till late. The rooms were really nice and it was easy access to them from the bar or restaurant.

The bed was a little uncomfortable for me but maybe not for others. I like a harder bed than what they have.

Was clean, tidy and comfortable. Easy access to their restaurant, kabab store and sports bar,. Air conditioning worked really good unlike some other places. Price was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Room was a little small, Swimming Pool closed at 4pm in summer. Kids were very disappointed. Sink was so small could not even fill up water bottles.

Fast and easy check-in room was exceptionally clean staff were great as I needed to arrive a lil earlier than their check in time they ensured my room was ready and allowed me to check-in early I will be staying here again great price great service what more could I want....

I don't have anything I didn't like..

The lady on reception was extremely friendly and helpful. Check-in was simple and I was given the choice of a ground or 1st floor room. The room was a good size and very clean & comfortable. I have paid a lot more for much less. The bathroom had good lighting to apply my make-up, which I value. The bath was great too. All told, a good experience and I would stay there again.
