The room was large and very clean. It felt quite modern. Beds were comfortable. Parking right out the front of rooms. Good reverse cycle air conditioning. The customer service from Tahir was excellent on arrival with an easy check in. We were provided with recommendations for dinner and offered refreshments for our room including milk, water bottles and biscuits. Reception staff absolutely lovely. Rooms were serviced daily if needed. Room had soap, shampoo and conditioner and was within walking distance of major shopping Complex.

The staff were friendly. We were upgraded at no extra charge to a 1 bedroom apartment. We loved that there was a top sheet and light blanket on the bed. When travelling for a wedding it was great to have an iron and ironing board and all the bathroom amenities we needed. So close to shops and eating establishments. We didn’t need to take the car anywhere .

The room was very noisy but mostly from inconsiderate guests more than the Hotels fault. The bed is probably due for a new mattress.

Easy check in, very handy to restaurants, and take aways, room was very clean and tidy, parking was ok however a little bit tight in places, entering and departing was very easy, key drop off in a handy position

When we booked we advised that we had a pet, however on arrival we were spec to pay an extra $20 and a mat would be delivered to the room, on both occasions we paid the $20, however nothing was ever delivered either time.

The room was clean and tidy. Thank you for the coffee facility .. that was great. The bed was very comfortable and I slept like a baby .. that is always a wonderful thing.

The bathroom. The floor tiles, in particular the shower stall, are very slippery and, quite frankly, very dangerous. A non skid finish should be applied to avoid nasty accidents. The curtains need a little attention on the end fittings. The last thing is the lights could be a little brighter it would make the room a little "warmer"/

Liked that the Motor Inn was convenient to where I needed to go and I was able to get a ground floor room as per my request. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchenette alcove was good. Having a toaster so I could make my own breakfast was also helpful.

The arrangement for parking for the rooms at the book. It was tight and made being able to park near my room somewhat problematic.

Very pleasant stay! The reception was friendly, and check-in was quick and easy. The location next to the shopping centre was super convenient. Our room was clean and well-kept, with plenty of warm blankets to get us through a chilly night. Would happily stay again.

The only minor downside was that the room lighting could be brighter.

we liked the location and the pool, the beds were nice, comfortable. the newly renovated bathroom was very nice. the staff were lovely too. An absolutely fantastic German resteraunt right next door!!

the internet was slow on the TV. the TV was good but it was a little difficult to watch YouTube or anything with the slow internet. We also couldn't find any local TV channels.

It was an apartment, perfect for a family of four, nicely renovated too. Super clean! The shower glass was mesmerising as not a single drop of water stuck to it ....no idea how you achieved that but it felt so clean!

Bed was a little firm, but still ok, we slept fine. Their were chairs outside each room door for smokers, which gave a bad appearance externally for a family.

The staff were welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Very clean facilities, parking available and a pool. Located opposite the mall, which was super convenient, EV charger on lower level of the mall as well. Pet friendly accommodation, with reasonable additional fee for cleaning. Thank you so much for an enjoyable stay.

Great value for money. Good location

Car park needs to be monitored more. Too many outside people from neighbouring restaurant using it. We returned from our dinner to no car parks and had to wait for a spot to open but when restaurant was shut there was half the car park empty.
