Loved the daily room service (clean towels and bedding) milks topped up in the fridge, floors vacuumed. Rubbish emptied daily.

That there was no plates and cutlery in the room as we stayed for a week. No ironing board but there was an iron. No balcony so when the kids went for a swim there was nowhere to hang the towels/swimmers to dry.

It was clean, tidy and well kept. It was styled well and there were plenty of beds for all 4 of us. We had a queen and 4 singles!

The volume didn't work on the TV and we couldn't turn it down, so had to watch TV on mute. And there were no plates, bowls or even cutlery aside from tea spoons. We have a baby and there were no washing liquid to was the bottles or other dishes. I will know for next time to bring some.

The staff were friendly and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The space was well-maintained and tidy, and we received daily service. The team was approachable and easy to interact with. Overall, the environment felt clean and secure.

We were locked out of our room the last night but that was due to technical fault. Staff worked pronto to fix this issue.

The room was large and comfortable, the shower was warm, and the split system air conditioner was excellent. Most importantly the bed was clean and comfortable, the room was serviced every day with clean towels and waste bins emptied. Wonderful dining across the road at the Crossroads Hotel and magnificent takeaway next door at Chan's Canton Village (Chinese).

The whole complex is very old, in need of updating and improved maintenance ... cleaning, painting and new carpets. Raised some issues with reception staff on departure that requires rectification and/or repairs.

Townhouse a bit worn out in places but it was clean, comfortable, warm and quiet

Large spacious room. Clean. Comfortable bed. Had toaster and microwave but no plates and cutlery which was strange. Walk in shower. Full size fridge. Well located just 1km off the main highway. Friendly receptionist. Free parking.

Hallway smelt like cigarette smoke. No internal safety lock on the door. Bit dated but not a big issue for overnight stay.

The large fridge not a bar fridge is why I come back .

There seems to be people living at the motel. Not against it . But they smoke near the entrance way and leave there rubbish there . It makes the motel look more like a shelter than a motel. But I can see why they do it . I understand why they are doing it . It’s been a amazing motel at one point .

It was very easy to find the place, right on the main road and the room was very spacious. The kids also really enjoyed the pool. Finding a car park close to the room was never a problem either.

The bathroom wasn't completely clean, it seemed some previous people thought it was a good idea to stick wet toilet paper to the walls.

I liked the price and simplicity to book due to availability. We stayed on two occasions in the last fortnight and had no real issues with finding a room. Check in was available until late and we were able to check out early.

The thing i did not like was the doona was not covered in a doona cover sheet, instead it has two flat sheets over the doona and the doona itself was exposed. I'm hoping the doona cover is washed in between visits. otherwise all was good. A bit noisy one night next door and our first rooms were honestly much better than our second room. the second room had quite a bit of damage in the room dints in the fridge but the shower was refurbished where as the first room's was not.

Location was great with parking available right in front of the room. Overall nice facilities.

A bit noisy group chatting in front of our room. And the room didn't have any cutlery except for glass, spoon and cup. No plates or other cutlery. Only one PowerPoint for microwave so we had to unplug microwave to use the electric jug.
