Beds were super comfortable, and the room was spacious enough to accommodate all 3 of us! Large bedside cabinets made it even more comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with all the basic needs to make eating and staying here perfect for us! And even enough wardrobe space to hang our event clothes:)

Small things that could have been better were the fact that there was no sink or shelves in bathroom to use - instead we had to use the kitchen sink:( I would definitely recommend taking some stick on suction shelves or shampoo/toothbrush holders for the bathrom. Also windows did not open even a tiny bit to get fresh air in the room, particularly since we were 3 people sleeping for more than 1 night.....

Location

No on-site manager when I was leaving I accidentally left my wallet and keys in my room and was unable to re gain access to accommodation area until another guest was leaving. Cleaning staff had no access to accommodation area. The manager who was said to start at 7:30am was nowhere to be found

Hotel restaurant food was delicious, and the room was spacious and comfortable

No milk was provided for a morning coffee, and the toilet paper dispenser was empty, so I had to go to the local maccas

The cafe was downstairs

No bathroom sink The main lighting the room wasn't working the windows couldn't open the were made to be that way Only 1 mirror really needed another long morrow was awkward couldn't see the whole outfit if it sat right on me or not I needed another mirror but it worked out . No mini bar in fridge n no lift at this stage heard they put one in next year 2023. And the cafe downstairs ws reluctant to give me the lid to the coke I bought in a bottle they opened the lid I didn't want to drink it now but later was to s take with because of that I had to re seal it it began to spill every where very inconvenient I found that

The property was fine. However leaving the room in the morning to get to your car is a little annoying if you’re parked on the other side of the venue. Fine if you have no luggage and children.

Nice and clean room and bathrooms, good location, lots amenities and facilities.

Tried to use the steam iron but it was broken and leaking. Also it would be nice to have a bigger mirror / body mirror, the mirror in our room is a bit small. However it’s not really a big deal :)

Easy to find and plenty of parking

This hotel is currently being renovated but just a few little improvements like shelves in the bathroom as there currently isn’t any but with the Reno that may change

The room was amazing. I was impressed with the sound insulation from all the street and other rooms, you couldn't hear a thing! Went to the bistro and the food was amazing. Wasn't going to eat there cause it looked too fancy but got recommended by other people to have lunch here. The price was normal to other restaurant. Wasn't expensive.

Nothing. I just loved my place, Will stay here again!

Lack of live entertainment after 9pm Saturday night. Although not the patronage for that.

The room was clean with all I needed for my overnight stay.The ambient temperature of the room was good and the double glazed windows provided a quiet environment.The bed was comfortable and the TV easily accessible from the bed.

Whilst the bathroom was clean it was quite outdated, perhaps some modernisation may be needed.There was nothing else with the room, although the stairs were a little steep and I wasn't sure if there was a lift in the building.
