Very good condition rooms. nothing felt old. Exceptionally clean and a decent size room. It's near the main road but the traffic noise wasn't too bad. Not the best sound isolation between the rooms but I wasn't disturbed in the evening or at night at all. Easy access to the main roads, so if you're looking to stay in that area, it's in a good location and certainly the best option in the area. Near to a Woolies and a few food options too. If I'm back that way for work in the future, I'll definitely stay there again.

Free Internet access was nice to have, but it wasn't the fastest. Around 3mbps. You get excellent 5G coverage there though, so it wasn't really an issue for me.

Breakfast was fine.. We chose Casula Best Western primarily on location, and BW reputation for quality. While it is unlikely we will stay again, we have commented favourably about BW Casula to family and friends. Despite being located close to major roads, room was quiet and our sleep was not disturbed.

We had been travelling 13 hours to get there. We would have eaten in-house, but that was not available. I understand that the economics of providing dinner are difficult in a smallish facility. Except for the location, we might have looked for a larger property, with a restaurant. We did eat at a nearby pub, and that was OK.

Location was great as we had to attend a function close by, and breakfast was excellent

The tv in the room was not a smart tv, it's not a bad thing, but it gives the guests more options for entertainment as many apps this days can be streamed directly from a mobile phone to smart TV's. The iron in the room leaked quite a bit, so it took a little while to do ironing, once again it wasn't a major issue just a minor inconvenience.

Joseph and Mary were exceptional in their customer service and knowledge of the local area. We had breakfast on 2 mornings during our stay and they were very good. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Would thoroughly recommend it as a place to stay.

Location on a main road junction was a bit noisy for us as we are from a small town and not used to so much traffic. Apart from that it's a great place to stay.

We arrived late and under stress and the consierge was fabulous and helpful even offering to carry our bags to our room. On vacating again staff were very accomadating and pleasant to deal with. The room was spot on very clean and well prepared When in the area i will definetly use best western Casula again.

The room was completely tiled not ideal for toddlers if they were to fall on the ground to hard surfaces. However this does not make it unsuitable for famalies.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We liked everything about the place; the extreme cleanliness of the whole place, shiny floors, walls and even the toilet seats were shiny! Plenty of hot water, beautiful and cosy warm bed. Utensils in the kitchenette were very clean. It was obvious to us that the owners took particular care and consideration in ensuring that their guests were comfortable, safe and happy. Thank you so much.

Only having to spend one day here.

This was a quick overnight stay for me, but I can see that the location was good for evening meal options, shopping and transport. Will defiuniately consdier using again for those reasons. Wish my stay had been longer.

I'm not sure I can fault them. Everything was neat, clean and orderly. The room was spacious and had the bascis all covered. The lady on reception was very lovely. A male team member waited and held the office door open for me - an added touch of hospitality!

We love our big room and the beds are very comfortable. The room has a kitchen too. The bathroom is spacious too. Very clean room and the staff is very nice and friendly.

There is nothing in the area and we have to drive to Liverpool but also nothing much there. It's a good stay for a night for our next destination to Wollongong which is not far at all.

The hotel deserves 10 stars. Joseph, the manager was very professional and courteous. The whole location, room, beds, parking, a break away outdoors area, cleanliness, etc., was excellent. We will definitely use this motel again if we return to the area. Thanks Joseph.

There was nothing we disliked.

Rooms were set up extremely well. Very comfortable. Great facilities. Decent price. Comfy beds. Straight across from local pub/ shopping area for meal choices. Perfect stop when travelling between states

Nothing I didn't like. Needed a microwave to heat up my heart pack. Manager quickly provided one. 👏
