Location was good with lovely views to Bay. Good shower pressure. Nice balcony outlook Great location, close to everything walking distance, even though on main road in town

Queen room had two queen beds so was not very roomy, even though it was a large room. Would have been better off with a couch. Small dining table and two chairs were squashed into corner. Kitchen equipment basic. Just two of each item, and mismatched. No milk in fridge, no teatowel to dry dishes, and only 4 coffee sachets. We booked for two nights, so thought this was a little under done. Air-conditioning vents in courtyard were loud, and no exhaust fan in bathroom, so had to leave Windows open to outside noise

Noice after 10pmfrom neighbouring and upper foors People stiiting outside our room and talking loudly /smoking very late at night. May be set no smoking and respect of privacy signs around living areas. Need to have small kitchen sink.

If I have to be picky - 1- bathroom/toilet would benefit from the installation of an exhaust fan ! 2- smell from smoking area outside our unit not appreciated at all 3- could hear snoring in unit next door but that probably happens at many motels

Black out happened at around 8.30pm. Disappointed that staff did not come to check on us. Apparently electricity came back on about midnight. Lady in office was not friendly and hardly spoke a word to me when collecting the keys and then returning them in the morning. She did not even ask how we slept or were we ok when the blackout happened. Disappointed with the staff but slept well and shower was good. Maybe the front staff need to work on their people skills. If we ever return there it won’t be because of the front staff 😔

Location was pretty good. You can't get much closer to the water because Merimbula's CBD is right against it.

A bit of soundproofing wouldn't go astray — for blocking both neighbouring occupants' noise as well as the traffic that accelerates up the hill in front of the property. And we learned the hard way to not drive into the reception's driveway: you WILL scrape (and possibly damage) your car on the steep incline.

We arrived very late but the staff called and made sure that we would be taken care of when we arrived. We got adjoining rooms for our family and were pleasantly surprised by how roomy they were, including kitchenette and private bathroom. The outside spaces were nice too. We were just stopping by for a night during our drive up the coast, but we wish we could have stayed longer!

Parking was a little tight but we did arrive very late when everyone else had already checked in. The bathroom facilities were definitely a little older but still fine to use.

Clean, comfortable, basic motel, not too far from the shops, etc. Small room, so good choice if only staying a day or two.

Most upper floor rooms have an ocean view. The room we were given was an upper room that overlooked a busy roundabout, so not ideal. We were surprised as the hotel wasn’t full, so why not put us in the worst room.

Clean , well maintained . Has fridge , microwave , coffee and tea making . Staff friendly and helpful.

Some other guests very noisy . One did a streak at midnight , so I saw 2 full moons . Some of the other guests can’t read signs saying no reverse parking ; some parked poorly and I head 1 hit a post .Signs are there for a reason , some of you are crap at reverse parking and why do you want your vechile front first? preparing to skip town ?

The location was excellent, walking distance to everything! The bed was very comfortable. Lovely water view from the balcony. Very quiet location. Loved that there was crockery, cutlery and a kitchen sink. The room was exceptionally clean and I am very fussy! Lovely friendly owners. Good value for money.

If I had to be picky then I would say that the fridge could have been a bit bigger, it was tiny.

Old motel however very well maintained. Very clean bathroom, tile grout was white, good shower, brick construction thus unable to hear neighbours. Located minutes within woolworths and aldi.

No connection to free WiFi during our stay, one bedside lamp wasn't working.
