1. everything needed for an apartment is nicely provided, from kitchenware to toiletries, or washing and drying machine. 2. spacious living room and a variety of choices on the tv. good to enjoy your meal and watch tv with your family at night. 3. good wifi. 4. fast food and supermarkets in around 10 minutes walk or 2 minutes drive. also there's vending machine for drinks and snacks. 5. car park available, though it charges. 6. friendly staff. 7. trouble-free check in and out.

1. there's no lift and our room was on 2/f. if you have heavy luggage make sure you can get them up and down. 2. there's only 1 air conditioner and it's in the living room and only a fan in the bedroom. it feels a bit hot sometimes.

We enjoyed our 1bdrm apartment. Although the photos were quite deceiving to the room we were actually given. I thought it was an upstairs downstairs with ensuite bathroom, however... it was still a nice & clean spacious room for the 2 of us. Walking distance to woollies, maccas, KFC, Tavern, petrol station and Ford Service Centre. Ans about 25-30min walk to main Westfield Parramatta and train/bus station. Staff were lovely to deal with. Loved our stay very comfortable bed! No good photos of the room the ones used are cropped. Thank you APX Parramatta

Nothing. except the blocked shower drain which let the water out super slow, but hubby is a plumber and fixed it so it was all OK.

Really family friendly, answered all questions asked, were very accommodating, 2 bedroom apartment was beautiful and spacious I loved the fact that the bus company works well with hotel to do shuttle bus to accore stadium for luke combs. Keep up good work Love to stay again in future

Beds were a bit hard and pillows where hard that head kept sliding off, these are little things I don't have an issue with.. when you look at the services proved. With shuttle to concerts and nice spacious unit.

Nice little spot. Clean. Had everything we needed.

No ceiling fan or air conditioner in rooms. We travelled during summer and needed to have all room doors open to get some cool air into the rooms. Open living area was super cold! Just a shame it didn’t reach the rooms and no ceiling fan. They did have a tiny fan above one bedside table but it didn’t do much. No elevators and we were staying on the top floor (2 flights of stairs)

The 2 bedroom apartment was spacious, the beds were good and there was even an ensuite. The room was very clean, the shower was amazing and the pool was good. Glad they had fans in the bedrooms, it really made a difference on the hot night.

The cot that was provided had a hole in the bottom of it and our child fell through it when she stood up in it. Also, the cutting knives were placed in the bottom draw in the kitchen which is not safe for children.

Location: Fabulous for being near Rosehill Racecourse, walking distance to supermarket and pub. Room: when I'm away for a few days I like my space and being able to just chill out, have a basic meal etc.

Pillow: Was too high for me unfortunately. Note to self - take own pillow next time. Bathroom downstairs - bedroom upstairs. I tend to leave all my stuff downstairs (clothes etc) and only retreat to the bedroom to read and sleep.

The location and size of room for the price we paid was first class. A great time was had at the motel. Able ot het in and out via James Ruse Drive was a breeze.

The checkin time was listed to include upto 30 minutes past midnight. However, the property is not attended from 10:30 pm onwards and staff need to meet us at the gate for checkin. We had also advised them via email that my wife is the primary guest and that I would not be in personal attendance. No attempt was made to respond to inform me that I need to set this via Booking.com. She had to wait until the change was made at the 11th hour (litterally - PM) and had to wait until that was processed into their system (20 mins). A little communication would have been nice.

Spacious & self contained. Comfortable bed! Modern bathroom

Needs a good pest control spray. Horrible sofa for the living area space. Reception desk on check in was hopeless (too busy on phone rather than paying attention to moving people in the foyer)!

I was very impressed with the place overall. It was clean and spacious. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay and I will be recommending it to friends. Before going out friends dropped by and they were equally as impressed as I was.

Traffic noise which I know nothing could be done about. Although I found it irritating at night it would not put me off staying again.

Location - was walking distance to Rosehill Racecourse (where the conference was), a nice hotel, Woolworths (for supplies), a few takeaway places. Turns out it was easy to get to as well. A good amount of room so we weren't tripping over each other.

The noise from James Rouse drive. Very noisy. Fittings a little worn and some things need a bit of attention/tightening (hinges, door handles etc). Nothing major - the quality of fittings shows that they are for show and are rather cheap (and that means you need to up the maintenance a bit re handles, hinges etc).
