I was travelling with 3 teenagers for a swim meet at Sydney Olympic Park. The room was good for our 3 night stay. Room was clean, car parking was easy. Kitchen was well-equipped. Walking distance to the pub and to Woolies.

My credit card wasn't working at check-in so while I had already paid for the room, I wasn't able to check in until I went away and got cash for the security deposit. I couldn't use eftpos. It had to be credit card or cash. A bit inconvenient on this occasion & the man on reception was not nice about it. Pillows on all beds were extremely high/thick and almost un-sleepable. Luckily all my kids brought their own pillows but I was not so lucky and spent 3 days with a sore neck. BYO pillow highly recommended. Room was on 3rd floor with stairs only (no lift). This wasn't really an issue for us but worth mentioning for others.

Was spacious, clean and comfortable for a short stay. Staff were friendly and attended to an issues we raised, we were able to use the household items in the kitchen best we could and enjoyed our stay.

Had issues with the Hot Water being luke warm (minor issue) and trying to fold the sofa bed up, decided not to use it and leave it folded up, advised the front desk on both instance’s and had them come to the unit each time. Had to deal with a few cockroaches in the microwave, but again a minor issue. Only other feedback is if the unit accommodates 3 people to ensure there is enough cutlery for 3.

1. everything needed for an apartment is nicely provided, from kitchenware to toiletries, or washing and drying machine. 2. spacious living room and a variety of choices on the tv. good to enjoy your meal and watch tv with your family at night. 3. good wifi. 4. fast food and supermarkets in around 10 minutes walk or 2 minutes drive. also there's vending machine for drinks and snacks. 5. car park available, though it charges. 6. friendly staff. 7. trouble-free check in and out.

1. there's no lift and our room was on 2/f. if you have heavy luggage make sure you can get them up and down. 2. there's only 1 air conditioner and it's in the living room and only a fan in the bedroom. it feels a bit hot sometimes.

Spacious and contained everything you would want. Safe and staff were lovely.

Traffic noise. We are from the country and not used to noise and the upstairs bedroom windows let in all the noise from James Ruse Drive making sleep a little difficult Down stairs in the living area you couldn’t really notice much and wasn’t disturbing but the bedroom area it was prolific. I think the windows need to be double glazed and heavy curtains to stop the noise. It detracted from our stay which was a shame as everything else was great.

We enjoyed our 1bdrm apartment. Although the photos were quite deceiving to the room we were actually given. I thought it was an upstairs downstairs with ensuite bathroom, however... it was still a nice & clean spacious room for the 2 of us. Walking distance to woollies, maccas, KFC, Tavern, petrol station and Ford Service Centre. Ans about 25-30min walk to main Westfield Parramatta and train/bus station. Staff were lovely to deal with. Loved our stay very comfortable bed! No good photos of the room the ones used are cropped. Thank you APX Parramatta

Nothing. except the blocked shower drain which let the water out super slow, but hubby is a plumber and fixed it so it was all OK.
