The location was ideal close to light rail which we used often to get into the city and also stops at Randwick Racecourse where we spent a fun day. It’s very convenient to Royal Randwick shopping Centre and numerous other shops. The historic Royal Hotel is on the corner and is a great stop to have a drink watch some sport on the screens or have a meal. Also along Perouse Road you will find many eateries Pizzeria ‘Maybe Frank’ was a favourite. We did a couple of coastal walks you can catch a bus or Uber to your start point if you don’t have a car. The location is 20 minutes from the Airport when sadly it was time to leave. A perfect location for our 4 day stay. We’ll definitely be back so much more to explore.

Proximity to the PoW Hospital. Easy access to Light Rail & Buses. Close proximity to shops - supermarkets, food outlets. Friendly helpful staff. Clean tidy room & general areas. Kitchen & laundry very helpful to have access to.

Unfortunately I didn't realise, when booking online, there are options for ground level rooms. My room was upstairs & that didn't end up being convenient for family member who was present to attend hospital care.

Location was a big reason for our booking with the light rail only a few minutes walk away. We were greeted by a very friendly young lady at reception and were very happy with our room as it was all we needed for our overnight stay. Excellent location and the proximity to many various hotels, restaurants and public transport. The nearby light rail will have you at Central Station in less than 20 minutes

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Great shower. We loved the location - close to great restaurants, supermarket and the hospital that one of us needed to visit.

Administration was a bit clunky. The one staff member that we actually saw was very unwell. Room was a bit smaller than we expected. Would have been great if the kitchen was open for longer hours.

Amazing view from the balcony, nice location, good shower. I enjoyed communication with the staff. She helped to remove smell in the bath and opportunity to decide if I wish to change the room, because of the smell.

There are few issues: insects on the walls (I know in Sydney it might be ok, but it is still disgusting), noisy door into the balcony (but I still prefer to live with this), small room (which I should say has been proposed to change) and dark interior.

Excellent location. Close to light rail, high street and beach suburbs. Amazingly quiet at night.

Couldn't find the shared kitchen. No onsite parking other than 1 hr time limited zone at the front (did find parking in a suburban street though).

Great location. Great value for money. Easy after hours check in procedure. Walk to the beach in 10 min and the very convenient Randwick Light Rail stop for the city is virtually across the road.

Our particular room had no view at a time when there were few the guests and many empty rooms. A little more milk and tea /coffee options would be good.

Great location, pub next door for meals. The unit was small but clean and comfortable. Some mould in the shower that could be removed, but overall a good stay.

Staff on check-in didn’t advise of laundry and kitchen facilities, so it was difficult to find an iron when needed. Had to google it then search the whole hotel until we found it. Parking is difficult, but you can find a spot on the street out the front.

Great location to shops only a 5 to 10 minute walk and was a great location only a 15 to 20 minutes walk to the Prince of wales hospital, a lovely neat and tidy comfortable affordable place to stay 😀 lovely and helpful staff

Can't say there was anything to not like

Chantelle checked us in ...was so helpful with securing parking as I needed parking at the hotel as my mum was in a wheelchair . Chantelle called me after she left for the day to let me know she was standing in a car space that had become available out the back of the hotel. God bless her..she stood there whilst I ran to get my car a few streets away. I was so stressed as mum was going into the Prince of Wales for an operation the next day. Chantelle made it so much better. Thankyou:)

The room was on the ground floor which i needed but it was very cramped. Lack of parking was an issue at first but then resolved
