The place has an amazing view of sunrise and beach. The staff made our room tidy every morning whilst we were out and about. It's just a perfect place to stay for relaxation after a long day out of driving around Sydney the whole day and we just love the area walking down the beach, swimming in the natural pool, the delicious menu in the Pavilion next to the hotel, the ambiance of our room and the very accommodating staff! 😁

Oh! I think the bathroom exhaust fan needed to be fixed as it made so much steam inside whilst showering, but if you open the bathroom door, it resolves the steam very quickly. It is not a big thing tho, overall it's a fantastic stay.❤️

The resort was just next to the Coogee beach. Traffic to the hotel is good, not too busy so its not stressful to go in and out of the hotel. It was easy to park the car within the hotel itself as perhaps there was enough lots for us. There's also parking just across the hotel but that's chargeable. You can also take a long walk to the Bondi beach from Coogee beach. There's cafes and restaurants nearby. The room itself is enough for 4 people. We chose the one with courtyard and my boys love to play there. There's microwave, fridge and convenience store next to the hotel. Love the stay. Love the service and staff. Thank you for your hospitality. We would recommend people to stay there.

The room quality was excellent, location right on the beach with food options close by and convenience store next door. Having the option of the rooftop space which is far larger than first appears, allowed us to celebrate a family birthday while watching the sun go down and multiple groups were not at all in one another’s way nor too noisy for one another. There is a great bus route very nearby with the 350 running to and from Sydney Domestic Airport as well as a short ride to Bondi Junction train station for connections in to CBD stations and beyond. The staff were beyond awesome and so so accommodating e.g storing bags was no issue, we had a birthday cake delivered and it was refrigerated as requested. It was very clear that when you ask something of one team member, notes are taken and a great handover to the next shift is clear to see which is not the experience everywhere.

It is on the pricey side but then no different to most others that we considered for our Sydney stay so that is probably more a Sydney issue than this specific property.

Great hotel in a great location! Read reviews from previous guests and thought we may get issues with parking but had zero problems, it’s a bit tight if driving the biggest pickups or vans but for a family car it’s fine. Staff that greeted us were brilliant and got the check in sorted quickly. The room was large and appeared to have been recently refreshed which meant we had a great stay. The laundry facilities were good and the staff were only too happy to help and assist with any request. I Recommend this place highly!!

Bit of a noise from a fan for the kitchen at the close-by restaurant but nothing that would keep you awake at night.

Location is perfect. Right on the beach. Many restaurants and bars close by. Bus stop 5 min walk/Buses can take you all over. We like walking so this area was perfect. You can walk on beach or walk from Coogee to Bondi. (Approx 2 hours) Lots of lovely swimming opportunities. The Pavillion is next door so it was a little noisy but at night but not too bad. We also walked to Randwick (20 mins) Lots of lovely restaurants here in an area called the spot. Fantastic Indian (Bombay Bloomers) There is a tram line in Randwick and we got the tram into Surrey hills and the city.

We stayed in the hotel for 10 nights and we felt the room was a bit smaller than we had expected but overall our stay was lovely.

Great room size. The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean and the staff very friendly and helpful.

I was on the third floor however the lift only went partway so I had to walk up stairs to get to my room. Also, I had been travelling for a fortnight so had a fair amount of luggage. I was locked out of the parking facility until I checked out so couldn’t pack my car in stages. I had to make three trips to the parking level (including stairs) and leave my luggage unattended until I checked out.

Fantastic location by the beach - great for walking around the area to the north and south. Very close to all the shops and restaurants of Coogee.

Only issue was getting into the carpark after midnight on a Sunday (returning from a wedding) as the footpaths and road were packed with those leaving the neighbouring Pavilion - in their intoxicated state they did not have the sense to move and it was a challenge to get through all of the Ubers and people on the road and footpaths to enter the carpark.

Feels like this hotel is a cash cow for the owner and they’re just milking it for every dollar it generates. The location is so great, and the hotel could be great, but they’re not putting any energy/money into keeping it modern or updated. Many small issues with ants, cockroachs, thin walls can hear the people next door, privacy from the window, etc Owner should invest a little money and improve the hotel

The room was a good size and very spacious. The wi-fi worked well. I had to do some work on the laptop while I was there and the desk in the room was a good size. Really close to several shops in the Coogee area so I could buy dinner and breakfast from nearby. I didn’t visit the beach myself, but the hotel is also very close to the beach. The staff were also very nice and helpful. The king sized bed was a great choice too.

If you are arriving via car, please note that the hotel doesn’t have guaranteed undercover parking. Parking is first come, first served. We did manage to get a car park when we got there, albeit it was one of the last car parks available that night. I think it has around 22 to 24 undercover car parks in total.
