The staff are lovely and go out of their way to help when things such as the A/C being problematic, and me needing an early check in due to a very early morning flight arrival required specific attention. The staff are really solutions focused and seemed to be empowered to help.

The hotel is looking tired. I’ve been coming for years and love the area and want to support the place but recent price hikes are making it not good value for money anymore. I paid for 3 nights on booking.com and it averaged $600 per night and when I extended my stay to include a 4th night, both booking.com and the hotel were charging $759 for the night as a seperate booking. I was unable to just add to my existing booking. There definitely should have been a way to add the night for a far better rate. It left a bad taste even though the lovely team threw in breakfast for me. As a solo traveller it’s a very expensive option.

-Took a while to do check in as couldn’t find booking initially & wasn’t overly welcoming ( arrived on long haul flight and booked extra night so didn’t have to wait to get to room) - 50 dollars to use car park for 2 nights for hire car seemed a lot (particular as stayed at hotel for 2 weeks) - some parts of hotel looked a bit tired but I know due for major refurb

The breakfast was fantastic with made to order eggs a wide variety of other options. Public transportation was right across the steet and we took it everywhere super easy. We even went to blue mts on a train. Their is a laundry mat a few hundred yards from hotel so we were able to wash our sandy beach clothes before our trip back to the united states. I would recommend the crown plaza 10 out of 10 I had the most amazing time in Sydney. I was only there for week in that week the ferries were a fun option we went on a few just to see sights from a different angle. Just got nothing but good things to say about my vacation and crown plaza made my stay that much more enjoyable.

Comfortable rooms in a perfect location. The views of Coogee beach were superb and the breakfast offering was excellent. Dinner was also of a high standard and all the staff encountered were helpful and friendly. The facility to leave luggage ahead of check-in and after check-out was especially convenient and helpful.

We visited this hotel three times over a five week period and had different room on each visit. All the rooms had excellent views and were of similar standard of comfort. Unfortunately on one occasion our room came with an unwelcome visitor in the form of a large Cockroach that we had to deal with but I suppose that is Australia for you!

Everything. The location was amazing, the hotel was clean and modern, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was included and had great choices and was good quality. We loved being right on the beach and within an easy uber ride or walk along the coastal path to beaches like Bondi or Maroubra. I loved swimming in the Coogee rock pool at sunrise. I searched and searched for gifts to bring home for my girlfriends over our three week holiday and I found most of my gifts in Coogee. Highly recommend this hotel and town!

- Location was excellent, just a min walk to the beach. - Staff were very friendly and helpful, answered all questions - The room was lovely and had a nice view - Buffet breakfast was very good, we weren't overwhelmed with choices but there was a great range to pick from and the food was perfect

- Car park wasn't cheap at $50/night, would prefer a deal similar to adding buffet breakfast to your stay. - The pool towels weren't that clean as we picked up one that had old stains still on it. - The hair conditioner in the bath was empty when we tried to use it

I recently had the pleasure of staying in a fantastic room in Sydney, and I can't recommend it highly enough! The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep, and the bathroom was spotless, with high-quality toiletries provided. The location was ideal, offering easy access to restaurants, making it convenient to explore the Coogee. The staff were also exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any needs or questions. Overall, my experience was outstanding, and I look forward to returning on my next visit to Sydney.

The mattresses were wonderfully soft, the lady at check-in was very welcoming and friendly. The location was fantastic, right across from Coogee beach, and within a short walk of 3 bus stops. Was a 20 minute bus ride to UNSW. The room was spacious, plenty of places to put luggage. I appreciated how big the desk was, gave me room enough for my laptop but also to eat.

Most of the pillows weren't firm, and compressed into a hard brick. Other than that I can't think of any negatives.

We stayed for 3 nights to be spolied a little after 2 weeks of self-catering travels. It did the trick! Great location, well designed communal areas, friendly staff, good breakfasts, dinner and cocktails. It was a welcome 3 night 4 day stay before flying back to UK.

The pool area was mainly dominated by small children which I understand. Was smaller than the picture and not enough loungers. Fortunately the beach was a 1 minute walk away so it wasn't a problem!

Location was very good. we had come because you wanted to be at the beach part of the time. We also wanted to go downtown, which was easy to do and not far away. We had a great time when we were there in Coogee and loved downtown Sydney.

we teamed Australia to go to the Australia open, and we both play a lot of tennis, and we’re very disappointed with the tennis court that you had. It was obvious that it hadn’t been used in a very long time… Sticks, small branches were all over it, and there were parts of the court that were torn,. We are tennis players and we went out a couple times to hit and it was not very good.
