Well positioned to get into the city by tram or bus. Also very close to our daughter’s flat. Also close to a good selection of shops including Coles for food. Staff super helpful. Good value.

Room 102 has the lift one side and steps to the communal kitchen the other side. This (and the proximity to the main door) made it incredibly noisy. Some very selfish people talked loudly after midnight or came in drunk. Early departures also disturbed our sleep. We would say great place to stay but not rooms 101-103.

Perfect Location, right beside the tram lines and bus stops. Roughly 40mins from Sydney Harbor Bridge and 15min walk from Coogee beach. The rooms were spacious and the bed was so comfortable. Some lovely shops and cafes at your doorstep. It was perfect. Would highly recommend to a friend.

Have no complaints about the accommodation. Travelling with my teenager it was perfect highly recommend

Location was great (easy access to the light rail), and the team was very accommodating to get me into my room early.

The "closet" such that it was, was not long enough to hang up nice clothes... they just laid against the shelf below it. And for some of the basement rooms, it was odd to need the "common room" code just to be able to leave in the morning (since our area was separated by an outdoor zone).

The apartment is far beyond our thinking. The living room is so big with the kitchen & table & Sofa. Like our home from home. Amazing! 👍👍👍

The only problem is there isn’t any window in the living room. Only a small in the bed room. But we face other hotel’s car park, so we normally put on the curtain. It’s the shame. 😂😂

The compact rooms, just right for a great place to sleep rather than to stay because we were out most of the time. Bed fantastic, lovely linen, just loved the design of a tiny room with a price match.

The stench of artificial flowers in the reception area, like some sort of toilet fragrance, just awful, only detractor for me, no fragrance would have been much better. Parking was a pain, having to shift around to match parking limitations.

Great location great room. A few quirky things which I have put in the cons.

Being in a room where smoking has been allowed. You cannot get it out of the carpet. I had to have the air running so I could keep the smell down. Then when I came home late one night an intoxicated couple was having a fight out the front which then went inside. In the morning I noticed the main front door had been left open. A little concerning as a solo traveler. Final quirk was the sink to brush my teeth I had to spit into the toilet as the shelf above the sink didn't allow for using the tap.

The Queen room although very compact was adequate, very clean and quite comfortable & the bathroom has a great shower plus the building has a lift. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is about a 10min walk to Prince of Wales hospital and also not far from Randwick light rail stop at the end of the line.

Great location and easy access to light rail to SCG for Swans football match. Also surrounded by good variety of restaurants for brunch and dinner. Nice and quiet and room was spacious and had everything.

The 2 cockroaches that shared our bathroom! There is a hole at the back of the toilet pipe: they are coming in through here. No separate conditioner: I didn’t like the 2 in 1 shampoo. Would prefer shower gel as don’t use soap.

The accommodation is extremely well located for convenience in Randwick, a very short walk to the light rail network, approx. 25 mins. journey to Sydney Town Hall while Central Station is even closer. I was in Randwick for a weeklong cinema event at the Ritz cinemas about four minutes' walk away. There are many restaurants offering a variety of food in the immediate area. Buses appeared to be frequent day and night and Coogee beach is easily accessible as well. The rooms were clean. I stayed in an apartment with a bedroom/bathroom/walk-in closet. The bedroom had a window with a roller blind and light curtains. The larger room was a living space with cooking facilities directly behind the main office, just inside the main front door. The larger space did not have a full-size window so that daylight shone through a couple of rows of small glass cubes in one wall just below the ceiling. I needed a table to spread out some work with a MacBook and this room was very suitable for that. The office was staffed by friendly and helpful people by day, perhaps till 8 pm. After hours there is a 24/7 mobile contact number which answered promptly when I needed to call them on a couple of occasions when wifi stopped on just one evening for a while. The apartment could have accommodated two people sleeping in each of the two rooms. Up to four people in fact. On a lower level in the building there is a communal kitchen which I didn't need to use. The small fridge in my apartment accommodated the bottles of milk, water and containers of fruit that I ate during the day. I didn't use the cooking facilities which appeared to be modern with a variety of utensils.

There is very little that could have been improved. The window in the main bedroom allowed early morning light to enter as roller blinds usually don't cover the entire width of the window glass. This was not a major problem. I would have preferred a full size window in the living room space but as I wasn't in the room much in the daytime, this was also not a major issue. Having space to spread out my papers and computer on a table was one of the reasons for booking the accommodation. It worked very well.

I was very impressed to see the hotel provided disability access, including a shower with no hob for wheelchair access. I'm not disabled so did not get to experience it from a wheelchair perspective, but there was also a lift platform at the main entrance and an internal lift, which is uncommon in hotels, especially smaller ones. The room itself was spacious and clean. We were provided fresh towels on the second day. There was a neat little bar fridge with the usual kettle, hair dryer and little cupboard for hanging clothes. Nice little bedside tables and a TV. It was warm enough in the middle of Sydney winter that we didn't need to turn the heater on.

Better hanging racks for towels. The ones available were up very high and would not have been able to be reached by someone in a wheelchair and there was no where to hang the hand towels.
