I loved the heated pool. I loved how tastefully the room was decorated. I loved the kitchen and the facilities that were provided.

The only thing I could say was the check in staff who was a trainee staff. I arrived after 6 pm on Sat. And got a street parking at 4742. Sunday parking on this street would be free. However, he was pushing me to get the hotels car park which would have costed me 90 for the 2 nights. I listened to my instincts and let the car be on the hunter street parking 4742 car park. My Sunday parking was free. Sat was 5 dollars and Monday morning I moved it to Wilson parking and paid 16 flat rate until I checked out.

The Hotel was in a great location, our King Deluxe Suite was very nice with everything we needed and very comfortable and a great balcony to sit out on. It also had a good size pool and other amenities for all to enjoy. All the Staff on reception were very friendly and helpful. The Hotel was walkable to restaurants shops pub's train station and the tram's. Would definitely recommend going to the Hunter and Barrel Restaurant for a special occasion . Lovely food and lots to choose. And lunch or dinner at the Woodpack Hotel food is yummy and very reasonable.

There was nothing 😊

We had a pleasant apartment with an attractive design. I was pleased to be provided with a blanket as a doona was too hot for the current weather.

We would have appreciated a top sheet, however. We had to extract the doona from its cover and use that as a top sheet. And I do not believe in wasting energy using air conditioning just so we could have a warm doona on our bed. The apartments are not well soundproofed, unfortunately. We were woken several times by other guests coming and going and slamming doors late at night. There was also a lot of noise from outside where some person on the street was screaming angrily most of the night.

Excellent facilities, easy parking, clean and spacious room. There was a miscommunication when checking in which frustrated me a bit but honestly the way they followed up this issue and rectified was a class act! Other establishments should take a lead out the Skye Apartment’s book in how to deal with issues to ensure customer satisfaction. I could not fault how they handled the situation and I want to especially acknowledge Jessica A. one of the front office managers for her dedication and empathy. Her actions have made what was potentially a disastrous stay into a really happy and positive one! Thank you, Jessica!

This was a wonderful place to stay. After struggling to find last minute accommodation in Sydney city, a colleague recommended we stay in Parramatta. It was so easy to get to the hotel from airport! Just take a train to central station, and then out to Parramatta. The hotel is super close to the railway station, which is connected to Westfield mall. Getting into town was a breeze too, with a direct train. Super easy as you can just tap payWave on entry and exit of the station. The hotel itself was beautiful. The rooms were super nice, pool was gorgeous and great staff. We were lucky enough that our room was ready early so were able to check in and relax after flying in. We were also able to leave our bags at the front desk while we explored on our last day. Great facilities, great location and beautiful rooms.

Nothing, all positive

From the moment we arrived we were greeted by a Rose at reception it felt like we had known each other forever. She was friendly and exceptionally helpful. Once we settled in we asked Rose a few questions about how to get to a few destinations on foot, Rose gave clear directions. The cleaning staff took their time to ensure we were in the lifts before them and thanked us they all had smiles on their faces and ensure our experience was a delight. All happy to be at work. The room was clean, wonderful views overlooking the pool, comfortable bed with a nice clean bathroom and great tap pressure.

Nothing everything was lovely

The location was great. Less than a 3 minute walk to Parramatta Westfield and train station. An Ezy mart right next to the hotel. Loved the pool and spa as well, and also the gym.Staff were lovely, especially Rose, who helped us book in our luggage early.She's very polite and has great customer service. Having our bags in our room when we arrived for check-in time was an added bonus.Cafe right below the Hotel as well called The Shed. Loved the king-size bed.It was so comfortable. Very nice and quiet as well in our apartment facing the pool area.

As it was a bit cooler when we visited the air conditioner was a bit cold and the only way we could turn it down was by putting the temperature up but then it became too hot,so we just used the extra blankets provided.

the room was comfortable and clean. had to walk about 15-20 minutes to get to restaurants and ferry. Pool was lovely. staff were friendly and helpful.

couldn't get into the door to the pool and had to go to reception to find out access was thru the gym! Didn't know how to work the spa (no instructions). the dimmer light switch was confusing in the room and not sure how it worked for first whole day. shower didn't drain well. bathroom lock broken. Felt unsafe walking to restaurants and ferry. Car parks were extremely small and had to squeeze out of car.

We enjoyed our stay but the parking was disgusting I tried to pre arrange parking in advance but was told there was no need to do so so I left it when we arrived it was chaos the height of my car just stranded but I was was told it would be to big after being directed to the park I was then trapped at the boom gate with 6 angry cars behind me and I was not able to reverse out due to the bottle neck of cars behind me staff and there inability to help and lack of support made things difficult. Room were clean tidy and comfortable

The atmosphere was divine. Definitely a lavish hotel. Great for money. Beautiful pool, spa, gym and sauna areas. We loved the idea of a cocktail bar on the top floor. Everything was so clean and the staff are all lovely and accommodating. The hotel was so close to everything, including the train station! 10/10 experience.

Roach type bugs outside near the pool area. I had one on my towel when I picked it up and nearly fell into the pool to avoid it. It's not necessarily something you can 100% control (bugs should be outside if they're to be anywhere). The weather was extra muggy, which I'm sure they loved! But, definitely be mindful of the crawlies when picking up your belongings, or you'll be back in for a swim.
