The bed was extremely comfortable. The location is excellent and it was an easy walk to bus stops and the metro. There is a lovely restaurant and bar in the lobby and lots of restaurants nearby.

There was a terrible noise coming from the pipes overhead every hour or so. The sound didn't last long but was very loud. There was also some dripping from the ceiling in the lobby on the day we checked out, but the staff knew about that and I'm sure it was being worked on.

Nice, clean and comfy rooms. Metro station close by which was great for taking trips to CBD rather than driving. Overall the experience was really great. Would definitely recommend the place.

Very minor things. It's pretty standard with the hotels at this standard and pricing to have lotions/moisturizers available in the room. Had to ask for toothbrush and tooth paste. These should be there in the room from the start. Parking charges are bit on the higher side and you'd expect accommodations outside the CBD to have parking included in the booking or at lower cost.

Extremely nice modern room, with a simple elegant layout out. The finishings are stunning, for example the light switches on either side of the bed. The mini bar, so many rooms these days don't have them. The large sized bed, the simple yet effective workspace with applicable power points for a laptop and your mobile phone. A feature I really enjoyed was the self-check-in and self-check-out, such an excellent feature rather than waiting to be served by a representative.

The mini bar had not been topped up from the previous guest/s when I checked into my room. I would suggest the design of the bathroom door is reviewed, it is positioned in front of the shower and is clearly getting water damaged.

A great location next to the metro which is really handy for commuting in and out of the city. You can tell it has been recently refurbished and the whole space was really clean. Easy online check in and check out streamlined the whole process. Fairly good value for money.

We booked an ‘executive twin’ which was more expensive than a standard twin but I have no idea what made it executive, it was a lot smaller than I expected. The soundproofing wasn’t good, and we heard lots of noise from upstairs guests walking around and everyone slamming doors. Water pressure was dismal and we only had two small towels. Beds slid around on the floor a lot even if you just brushed past them. Breakfast was very expensive!

The staff were always lovely. Bed was good to sleep in. The air conditioning worked well. Although I didn’t need to use the metro while in Sydney, the Victoria Cross metro station is very close to the hotel which is handy to know for future visits. Parking was available and it was undercover. Wifi worked fine. Bedroom and bathroom were both comfortable. Excellent location in North Sydney.

I needed to get a lot of work done while staying there and the desk in the room didn’t have an entirely flat bottom and consequently it rocked a lot whenever I adjusted my body weight. Really didn’t appreciate it. Room desks shouldn’t move so easily. Restaurant meals for dinner were passable though not amazing. The entrance to the hotel is away from the street which was a pain for catching Ubers in the pouring rain because they always picked me up down in the street in the rain. Also the entrance on McClaren Street could definitely use an illuminated arrow because driving in the dark when it’s raining, and not being familiar with the street on arrival it was too easy to miss the entrance.

Incredible, convenient but quiet location which my family and I loved. It’s a very short (2min) walk from the new Metro - North Sydney station. The room was absolutely beautiful and cosy, the toilet had a bidet that was completely unexpected to see in Australia.

The room was not the most prepared for the number of guests it was booked for. For example, booked for 4 but there were only two drinking glasses and two wine glasses, we could’ve absolutely requested for more I’m sure, however it was just a hassle to do and we’d often come back very late at night after a long day so that would be the last thing we’d want to do - go through the extra effort of contacting reception and waiting on them to provide.

Very comfortable bed in the parents room. Very financially viable to stay as a family. Good room on the dining table to eat. Kettle ad toaster made breakfasts easy. Beautiful bedding. We appreciated the housecleaning. I haven't had anyone wash dishes for me for ages - Very appreciated!

The screen in the parents' room would not connect to netflix, and staff tried, but could not help with this. As we were using the loungeroom as a bed, the sofabed was made up, and our family of 5 couldn't fit in the loungeroom to watch a movie together, which was frustrating (after returning from the zoo for the day). The sofa bed was creaky in the night, and our child was restless sleeping on it, as they said it was too hard. The room only had 4 dessert spoons and 4 bowls, but 5 of other utensils and plates (which was appreciated as our family of 5 was staying there).

Very comfy large bed, large living space, 2nd bedroom was a lot smaller than expected but did the job for my kids. We stayed 3 nights and we had enough room for 4 people. The room had a large sofa, open balcony (love) and a toaster, kettle and plates and cutlery which was helpful for an early quick breaky.

for 4 people it would have been great to have a separate toilet and more space for clothes. Only recommend the room with bunk beds for people with kids (any one over 5.9 wouldn't be comfortable in the bunks - tight space room. Oherwise it was very good and i'd stay again

Everything was OK. We really got what we wanted - a place for 5 people family with enough beds! (What is not a usual case in most of the hotels!). We even got 5 towels without extra asking (what is also not usual!). The staff was very friendly and we got a huge help from them with luggage storage. Hotel is located in North Sydney - about 25 minutes drive to the airport or to Overseas Passenger Cruise Terminal. There is a nice breakfast cafe in a short walking distance as well as a alimentary store with all needs. The hotel was also flexible with some changes to our booking.

Internet connection was very, very poor. Unusable! We stayed in two different rooms and in both the same. The cellular connection was much better.

This is a great hotel about a 2 minute walk from Victoria Cross station, which means easy access to virtually anywhere in the city. Everything inside is very modern and clean. The beds were really comfortable. What really stood out for us also was the staff. Ena at reception took great care of us and helped us with anything we needed. She truly went above and beyond for our group and we are so grateful! Thank you Ena. We also had some meals at the hotel restaurant (dinner and breakfast) and the food and staff were fantastic every time. Highly recommend this hotel!

Would be awesome if they had ice machines available for guests.
