We did not have breakfast at the motel, therefore can’t comment. The location of the motel is good, close proximity to tourist attractions, was safe, on the main road & easy to locate.

If the restaurant operated till the close time as advertised, it would have been appreciated. We wanted to dine one night (7:50 pm) but were advised due to lack of customers they had closed it early. We later went to a neighbouring motel to dine at their restaurant, would have been good if we had advance information on the likely-hood of the in-house restaurant closing early due to lack of patrons.

Good location on the main road into Tamworth (from Sydney) and relatively centralised to where we wanted to go. Family room is a good size for our family of four. Beds were reasonably comfortable too, but like most hotel beds did take a bit to get used to. My children loved the pool.

Didn't eat at the restaurant or order breakfast as we felt the prices were a bit expensive (though we had heard the meals are lovely). While checking the room to make sure we had all of our items before we left, we found a sock and ear bud that was not ours, ie had been left behind by someone else and hadn't been noticed by housekeeping.

Well equiped with kitchenette and second room with two beds. Quiet and a short walk to bowls club for a good dinner.

The middle aged Woman at check in was most unpleasant. Did not greet us or make us feel welcome in any way. When we walked into reception later that evening were rudely told “the restaurant is closed “ before we even got to the counter when we were in fact going to ask if by chance we could buy some skim milk from the kitchen. On the third day after saying good morning to the cleaner three times she responded with “do you need anything?”. We asked if she could please change our towels. When we returned from our days outing the towels were plonked on the main bed and the used towels had not been removed. Previous guest toothpaste marks had not been cleaned from the outside of bathroom sink. Mould around bathroom door could easily be wiped but obviously hadn’t been for a long time.

Everything, the size was fantastic, the bed was so big and soft (loverly.) it was nice and quiet 🤫 . Breakfast was still hot when we got it. Thank you to you all. As two old people we really enjoyed our stay and the room we had was fabulous.

As we are both elderly it would have been better if we had rails in bathroom 🚽 and no little trees 🌳 to navigate our wheelie walker passed. Also the pool because my husband had a fall trying to get out. But we would definitely go back for another stay the next time we go to Tamworth.

Staff were friendly and helpful, room service was efficient and everything we had asked for. Parking directly out the front of the room albeit a little tight with a trailer. Rooms had split systems to keep us warm and cozy. Shallow bath in shower base was perfect for the kids. Great size rooms, couldn't want for any more for an overnight stay. Beds were comfortable with electric blankets for warmth.

Our bin hadn't been emptied from the last stay, thankfully nothing smelly in there. Notified staff who apologised for issue. Charged for a bottle of water out of the room that we didn't use - probably used by previous stay given bins weren't emptied for them. Otherwise no other negatives.

Location was perfect, being south of Tamworth town. Altho its on the main highway there was no traffic noise. The restaurant attached to the motel offered generous meals like 2 lamb shanks per serve and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend this restaurant. The breakfast serving of porridge was really generous. The 'easy access' room we stayed in, was very spacious and suitable for my elderly mother in a wheelchair. Reception staff were very friendly and efficient, as was the restaurant wait staff. A very pleasant motel. Highly recommend it.

The room setup was awesome. Had everything we needed for a 2 night stay. Bed was comfortable, and room was quiet. Breakfast was prompt and really nice. Didn't realise that our room would be cleaned after one night so nice surprise to come back to beds remade, etc.

Only small stuff and not a complaint just a comment. One of the pillows provided was mouldy but we had our own so all good. Room was mainly clean but could tell that same things cleaned everytime as other items I.e. fire extinguisher above sink was really dusty, coffee spills down bathroom door, etc just lacked a little detail.

The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was exceptional with a beautiful large, deep bath with a separate toilet.Breakfast was delicious and served on time .All staff were lovely. Will definitely be back

The kids didnt like that the tv in the second room wasnt a smart tv to watch movies that were age appropriate as the movies that were available on that tv were adult age movies. Also only cutlery available in room was teaspoons..not convenient when you get other food from elsewhere and not roomservice.

Friendly staff. We stayed in a spa room which was very spacious. The corner spa was amazing, big enough for 2 people. Great location near Scully park for the footy. Quiet area. Overall our stay was great & we will return

The tea & coffee wasn’t replenished from previous guests. The chairs outside the room need cleaning as covered in cobwebs. The restaurant is currently being renovated so unable to access for breakfast or dinner.

My spa room was spacious and comfortable. Great amenities in room. Cavernous bathroom. The room service dinner was nice. It was delivered in good time. The check in receptionist, the lady, was charming and quick. Free parking outside room, not covered.

Bit away from the town centre, but still easy to find. Guests definitely need a car. Had to buy the bottles of water in the room - cheap multi-pack ones. No recycling bins in room, but not many places do yet. Check out guy was a tad rude - opposite of charming. Some sort of manager - should take lessons in courteous tones from his staff.
