The room was quiet and comfortable perfect for an overnight stay. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom and shower was great no issues. The provisions in the room were a bit light there is never enough milk to cover a couple of coffees and a couple of biscuits would have been nice.

We booked through booking.com and paid the full amount on the app but the staff didn't check this information and we paid again. Had to arrange a refund it was just a bit stressful after a long day on the road. Refund received okay within time frame.

We were greeted cheerfully and given the relevant information upon arrival. The room and bathroom were well presented and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is not located close to the town centre; however, for our one-night stay, we made use of the adjoining leagues club restaurant for both dinner and breakfast. Parking is onsite and free.

While the room itself was quiet, the speed and noise of the air conditioning fan was disappointing.

We booked the Mecure as a last minute booking as we arrived into Tamworth. The reception staff were absolutely amazing and friendly. The room was huge for our family. The kids loved having their own TV'S! I loved the accessibility in the bathroom. There is a cloes around the corner. The West's club is attached to the hotel which was really nice. I highly recommend this this property.

Very uncomfortable bed , we could hear noises in the car park Trays from other rooms where not removed all day and into the evening the for the price the size of the room was small especially the bathroom. The most annoying thing is there was only enough tea and coffee for one through out the stay to top it off 1 small milk did not cover the drinks and no biscuits. Even cheap as cheap motels supply biscuits and enough sugar to cover two people

The front desk person was possibly the best service we have ever received, efficient, friendly, helpful, and informative. I liked the refillable water bottle in the fridge and the water in the corridor. The room was clean and spacious, beds and pillows were comfy. As a family travelling, having a TV in the bedrooms was good so everyone was kept happy.

Clean rooms every day ( thankyou to our cleaners) beautiful Saltwater pool ,friendly staff ,only thing I'd add to this facility is a guest kitchen as it got really expensive eating out all the time . The blinds in the room made it very dark huge bathroom,and the body wash and shampoo they provide was so nice and luxurious.

I really enjoyed Mercure because it offers a safe, central accommodation that is 5star! The staff are always friendly and approachable, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the housekeeping staff work hard behind the scenes to give us the luxury experience. Thank you

There was nothing wrong with this place - but for me I wish I knew about the spa service. I will ask about this on my next booking :)

Friendly staff, clean, and we enjoyed our stay

The room lists a bath, does not have one. Also there is only one room(apartment) that has access to a cooking area. Maybe don't have that in photos if it's literally only available in one specific accommodation, that is probably only available via strict private bookings.

The room was modern and very roomy had everything we needed.

We had to leave a day earlier to get to Sunshine Coast before the expected Tropical Cyclone Alfred hit in the area we were heading. Under the circumstances I would have thought the hotel could have offered a refund for the night we did not occupy the room.

The room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable. Parking was convenient, with both under cover and open air parking, with easy access to the front door.

Had to go the club for food. Was not told that the front door was locked at 6:00pm
