The room was perfect for what we needed.

Ensuite has black mould in the shower. Not a huge amount but enough to notice straight away. We left the room for a hour leaving the heating on as it was extremely cold but when we returned the heating had been turned off but housekeeping. I do understand you wish to save on electricity but we paid over $600 for two nights to stay with you so I think the electricity would be covered in that amount for us to be comfortable and warm. This is not a negative and we will 100% be returning, just some feedback for housekeeping.

Apartment was big, included a kitchenette with full size fridge, bathroom clean, loungeroom and bed were comfortable. The apartments are down from the road so there's little to no road noise. Balcony off the living area with table and chairs. Aircon in living room and bedroom. Staff were super nice and helpful. There's a bucket in the bathroom which they would like everyone to use to catch the water in the shower while it's warming up, great idea 💡. The local Chinese around the corner had good food. If I stayed again, I'd probably find somewhere else to eat brekkie besides the Powerhouse Hotel across the road - it cost $35 for a continental breakfast with coffee.

One thing that didn't make sense to me was that I could pay for the accommodation online using my card and there was no need for me to be physically present to sign it, but once I got to my accommodation, I had to physically sign an agreement to pay for any costs/ damages/ etc that may be caused during my stay. Why does one payment (for the accommodation) not need my signature but another payment (the guarantee to pay for damages etc) need my signature?

Immediate impression was very, very good. Everything was clean as a whistle and all the rooms and facilities were in very good condition. The beds were nice and comfy and the kitchen and bathrooms had been recently modified to a very good standard. Overall, we were very impressed and after a few bad experiences with air bnb we reckon this was such a good experience. Oh, and the staff were very helpful and polite and were a pleasure to deal with.

There wasnt anything we didnt like about this accommodation, it fulfilled all our needs.

Upon arrival we were given two rooms upstairs. Unfortunately my mother could not use the stairs to asked for another room. This was not an issue at all for the staff and were happy to move them to the ground floor.

The stairs on all apartments to even get to the ground floor apartment. They were large steps. Would be good if you could make them 4-5 smaller steps rather than 3 large ones. Other than that the accommodation was perfect.

Spacious apartment for our adult family. Beds were comfortable and the apartment provided everything we needed.

it was raining and it was hard to see the apartment numbers when i drove in at night.

This location is truly exceptional, featuring immaculately clean rooms that create a welcoming atmosphere. Location is in a quite street away from the main highway so it was quiet. The room was clean and the linen fresh. There was a real fridge for our needs. Wi-fi worked and the tv was easy to use. The buildings are relatively new and in good condition. We were so relieved with our choice after other stays in Tamworth.

Always friendly staff and reception on arrival. The property is clean and very well equipped. The outside gardens are well kept and appealing.

The overall impression is all positive. My only small issue is the kitchen floors feel slightly sticky, and could perhaps benefit from a steam mop.

Loved that the rooms were modern and clean and there weee high end appliances in the room. Also love that the room cater for larger families

Just that the hot water in the shower was hard to get right temp it was either really hot or to cold was hard to get a happy medium
