We did the 6 hour road trip for our children's three day sporting tournament and had booked and stayed here (our first time). Check in was smooth sailing, the staff were lovely. The room was amazing!! We walked in and the air con had been on, so it was so nice walking into a nice warm room. The beds were so comfortable!! Everytime we had left and come back, the cleaner had been and had made our beds and cleaned up after us which was so lovely! Thank you! And sorry for being messy! 😉 The hotel was close to shops, sporting facility and pub which was handy. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family and we will definitely be coming back! 😊

The bed was comfortable . I liked the variety of pillows to choose from . The room was clean . I ordered room service for dinner that night and it was absolutely delicious . The nightly rate was actually not worth the money I paid . I found the price to be excessive compared to a previous stay

I didn’t like that the TV was so small and I had trouble getting channels to work consistently. The room was clean however had a musty scent to it when I walked inside . Found the outside area at the front door to be a little dirty like it needed to be swept .

The staff was very friendly and could not have been more helpful. Anything we asked was taken care of immediately. The buffet breakfast was very good the selection was awesome

The only thing we could say is that the Evening meal selection was was not very varied. And there could have been more choice. We had the fish and chips and there was a lot of salt on the chips, but that is more a personal preference

The breakfast was excellent, fresh avocado, fresh fruits, range of cereals and juice and the hot items appeared to be very fresh - not sitting in the warm dishes for a long time. The room overlooked bushland which was nice, very quiet. Generous parking right outside the door

Had a little trouble with the TV which we have reported.

Bed was very comfortable. Entertainment system was good. AC was warm and quiet but should have been in middle of the room rather than in a corner.

The bathroom was very dated with shower taps hard to turn off to stop dripping and a small probably ineffective exhaust fan that was part of the bathroom lighting.

The bathroom was so out of date. You can tell how old the property is by looking at this bathroom. The toilet is yellow & still has the original 1970’s/1980’s porcelain cistern. Mould growing in the grout in the shower. Tiles cracked & broken throughout the bathroom. This property would definitely benefit by renovating the bathrooms on the lower floor, at the minimum.

Great room, clean, comfortable bed, very happy it had a decent mini fridge and not a bar fridge. Good amount of space. View out the back of the room was lovely.

It smelt a bit musty & I just really wanted to open a window, obviously not possible. The shower head was not great, it was too hard & the spray kind of hurt. Really would have been great to have a microwave as well, although I knew it didn't have one from reading other reviews when I booked, still wished there was one though.

The room was spacious and was more like a suite. The view over the garden was calming.

Nothing was in walking distance, Tamworth is oddly laid out. The men drinking in the parking lot didn’t add to the appeal of the town.

The room was warm and clean when 1st arrived excellent. Shower pressure beds super comfortable I also liked we’re the bedside light switch is no fumbling. In the dark looking for the switch great touch

No microwave. Or toaster

Receptionist was not friendly. Snobby. Did not want to accept cash to pay for the room. $35 each for breakfast is outrageous. No wonder no one was eating there. I am an accor member and was not able to have any discounts. Only new sign ups.
