The receptionist was AMAZING! She was so friendly and helpful. The housekeepers were extremely helpful and very understanding with our 3 boys (who did make it difficult to keep it tidy) . The amenities were clean and we had plenty of soap and shampoo and conditioner. The beds were comfortable for the kids. The breakfast included was really great especially with the little kids corner. Allowed this Mumma to eat breakfast peacefully while the boys played after their breakfast. It was such a great stay.

The biggest down fall was that the bed that my husband and I slept on were 2 single bed pushed together and we kept falling into the middle pushing the bed apart. We want to come back to stay again in the future but we would love to see an actual king size bed if possible. Other than that, the shower was a little dated. But everything else was amazing and comfortable

Breakfast was continental but a huge amount of food was available including GF. I loved the bright, clean dining area with a kiddies playground in the corner and a TV for viewing. The staff was very helpful making calls re parking at the War Memorial Hall and advising us where we could find unmetered parking. The owner took us to catch a bus at 8.am & picked us up at 5.30 pm to save us a taxi fare. They are busy refurbishing all the rooms to 5-star quality and said when booking in future, to ask for a refurbished room.

Once the refurbishing is finished, there won't be anything not to like. It is to be expected in an older motel, things do wear out and need updating.

The property was very clean and we had everything we needed in our room. Everything in the room was in great working order and the beds were super comfy. The pool was great and very clean and we were very impressed for what we received for what we paid. We want to come back and stay again in the future. The staff were also fantastic and a special shout out to the cleaning staff who did a wonderful job but also very kind and friendly when we ran into them.

I use to stay there every time I went to Tamworth then the place started going downhill, air conditioner was broken and no hot water so I went elsewhere but recently I went back and found the place was being renovated and it was a lot cleaner and the staff very friendly.

I was in room 10 and could have had a small table and chairs in there cause there was plenty of room for it. Needed something in there to put our bags on as we had them on the floor. I didn’t know the motel was pet friendly, I didn’t like that every time we went outside the dogs would bark but it wasn’t that big of a problem just maybe put them guest further away from the other rooms.

It was great to have continental breakfast included in the price. Several choices of cereals including gluten free. Wonderful to have choices of milks both dairy and non-dairy. Raisin bread and white bread. Nice hot shower. Hot water was hot enough for a shave. Friendly, helpful staff.

The basin was small. Difficult to was the dishes. More room needed to place things especially the dishes / cutlery when washing up.

Value for money and the complimentary continental breakfast. Impressed with the many choices of breakfast items. The room was fresh and clean. The large parking bays were great, it gave you room to unload your car without the worry of hitting another car.

There was nothing that comes to mind that we were disappointed with. Everything met our expectations and even went beyond.

The bed was very comfy, my partner and I slept like rocks! The heating and temperature of the shower was excellent. Very clean and grateful for the complementary milk and water. Location also great (close to shops).

The wifi connection did not reach our room and could only be accessed in the dining area near reception. Maybe this could be mentioned in the ad in the future?

Good location, clean, tidy, staff were great, good parking, all at a reasonable price. Continental breakfast provided, which is a bonus. All up quite comfortable. Located just out of the town centre which was nice. Situated on the main highway but noise from traffic was not an issue.

Bar fridge was a little noisy, bathroom a bit 'dated' (but clean and sufficient for my needs). Not very many power outlets, making charging and running devices a wee bit tedious (fridge, tv, microwave and kettle shared ond double powerpoint). Also, the sliding door to the bathroom was a bit sticky/difficult to close (initially)...

The breakfast was excellent and I was very surprised to find they actually catered for gluten free and I mean properly with separate toaster and utensils. Would recommend to everyone especially people with food allergies. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly

Not real fond of shower curtains in the bathroom made floor wet. Close to main highway but this is a plus when travelling especially when passing through

The breakfast is a nice gesture and a great 'value add'. Some fresh fruit would be nice. The room we had (#22) was spacious and quiet, with all the facilities we needed. Staff very courteous and helpful. Responded to a couple of queries very quickly. New kids play area a nice touch. We appreciated being able to charge our car from the room.

Chairs in the room and in the breakfast area are very heavy and clumsy. I understand you are planning some renovations - the first thing I would do is change the sign out the front. Soo old and faded, dates the place very quickly.
