The room was large. Despite being on a highway, it was very quiet. The bed was extremely comfortable. There was a table with two chairs and a microwave so you could self cater, should you desire. The shower was always hot and had a good pressure. It is 1.6 kms to the main part of the city so it was handy to have a car, but there was a McDonalds two blocks away. The staff was very helpful and happy to give advice.

The only negative was an inconsiderate guest on the other side of my room (12) that had a TV going all night long keeping my wife and I awake. Despite getting up at around 3.00 am to knock on their door to request them to lower the volume, they didn't answer their door. I hope they were not dead as we left on daybreak when their TV was staying going !!!

No breakfast, this was not important as there are plenty of local places to have breakfast, we booked this while buying fuel that evening using the mobile app, straightforward, then within minutes got a call from the hotel asking when would we arrive as to greet us, and was only 5 mins away from them. The room was clean and tidy. The shower area and toilet are clean, plenty of pressure in the shower. Parked the car directly outside the room door which made it easy to load and unload the car. Small 140Ltrs bar fridge which had mini bar drinks etc with a normal fee attached if you need this option, I did note that two items were not inside that were on the list of included, I simply advised them that these were missing and not used and a chat to housekeeping required.

The room although clean had a slight smell as if may have been closed up maybe a window open would have helped however once inside air conditioner was on and the window slightly opened this cleared very quickly. There was a microwave that included the older dial control which could be updated later to a touch control that would not only enhance the room but is easier to use when you only need 10-12 seconds only a minor thing.

This motel was the best we have stayed in. Our room was the largest we have ever had as was our bathroom. Water was hot. Bed was so comfortable. We usually find it difficult to sleep on our first night but we fell asleep straight away and didn't wake till the morning. It was a leisurely 30 minute walk to the Tamworth CBD. All up Great, Great, Great!!!

There was noting to fault with this motel.

The unit is was in was set back from the road so it was quiet and peaceful. The room had a microwave, toaster and kettle and associated plates, cups, glasses, and cutlery. This made it easy to for breakfasts and dinners in my room when i wanted (and the dirty items were replaced with clean items daily).

There appeared to be a little bit of mould in the bathroom.

Beautiful place to stay. I couldn’t have asked for anything better, spacious room, clean & tidy, Tv, aircon, electric blanket for the cold winter nights all worked as they should. Nice decor, lounge, table chairs, & cushions, Lovely little kitchenette for those who like to prepare their own meals. Clean crisp linen, bathroom was spacious & equipped. Room service Lovely owner/managers very friendly, accommodating, Couldn’t have wished for anything better. 😊 Easy access, close to shops/restaurants.

Very accommodating as our arrival time kept getting later and later. Kind staff knew we were travelling with kids and had a long day so they had a bottle of wine in our room for us. So thoughtful. Comfy beds, clean rooms and little packets of biscuits - always a winner with our kids!

Bed was very comfortable, air con cooled room nicely, I liked having access to crockery cutlery and microwave so I could have a meal in my room. I requested a room in the back part of the motel as it had no road noise at all.

No access to netflix so tv options limited but not a main requiremet

Manager was happy to let us have early check-in. Fresh milk and a bottle of water provided. Guest laundry was appreciated as we had been on the road a while and it was great to be able to wash and dry a large load, free of charge. Our room was basic but comfortable.

The bathroom could have been a little cleaner.

It was great value for money. Our hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Bed comfy. Room was quiet as back off the highway

Garden area around the Pool area needs to be maintained as it was full of weeds. Could have had a bit bigger fridge as it was only a half bar size fridge
