We had a power outage (no fault of apartment), I was travelling with a special need participant, the lovely irish/french fellows staying at the other front apartment across the driveway, came and checked on us and we all hung out until electricity returned. They were amazing and very inclusive with my participant. Made our one night stay very enjoyable. Apartment was lovely & clean. Beds were extremely comfortable.

Although it was very warm, we were provided with a fan for one room and a portable air con for the other, the air con worked very well, however was quite noisy.

Beds were excellent. Very spacious. Had everything we needed except airconditioning throughout the apartment.

The apartment was advertised as air conditioned but the airconditioning was only in the lounge room. This was false advertising as we expected the entire apartment to be airconditioned. The weather was hot and this made our stay uncomfortable. Would not stay again in hot or cold weather....

The friendliness and organisation of Cindy who gave me all the information I needed before arriving. The spaciouness of the apartment was fantastic. It was clean and the kitchen was very well set up. The beds were very comfortable and a great hot shower.

Having some extra blankets as we had to take the doona from the spare bed.

Amenities, pool, accomodation space, overall it was a great experience. Parking facilities. Location was pretty central to everything. We will definitely be looking at returning here in next time we are in the area 🙂 100%!!! Thank you Amberoo!!

We found 1 of the beds to be fully uncomfortable, we had a group of 6 couples and found that not all of us could sit on the lounges together. If we had kids also with us it wouldn't have been comfortable. There was no rail to assist with entry/exit for the pool (this isn't a complaint mainly recommendation). The front double bed room was great though the light outside made it a little hard to sleep.

Apartment in need of a bit of TLC but was suitable for our family group of 5 in Tamworth for family reunion. It was clean and had everything we needed. Short drive in to town and restaurants

Broken blinds in some rooms

Spacious living and kitchen area in our apartment. Staff communicated well in advance of our arrival. Beds comfortable and extra toilet was a benefit.

No hooks in bathroom for towels, including the hand towels. A bit noisy if you are in the front unit facing the road and need fresh air.

Great location , plenty of room, had everything we needed and was really quiet.

Some of the blinds don’t close properly- so it can be very bright early in the morning. We hung towels to cover the window and that worked well

Very helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble. They even responded to a question on a public holiday. This property is well able to accomodate groups on motorcycle trips and understand what works and what doesn't. Happy customer.

Spacious and well appointed. Parking on-site and off thd road. Very quiet and close to town, 3 minute drive.

Nowhere to hang towels, etc, in the bathroom. No hooks or towel rail. No sun af all in the courtyard, difficult to dry clothes, no dryer. (Winter)

It was a good size

It was a little more unclean, looked like a bit of vomit on one of the bedroom walls, and still some rubbish (balloon, alfoil) behind the door from previous tenants… but generally good condition.
