Wonderful experience. Highlight of my stay was the incredibly helpful lady at the reception, i think she was the owner. She went out of her way to ensure i had everything i needed, making the checkin process smooth and welcoming. Also, the wifi connection was outstanding, i had several important meetings during my stay, and the internet worked flawlessly without interruptions. Overall, pleasant stay, and i highly recommend this motel for both leisure and business travelers.

This motel is perfect for the weary traveller. We were pleasantly surprised when entering the room to see 2 x recliners, a kitchen table and chairs and large room. So much so, we returned to the motel to stay again 4 weeks later. This motel will be our "usual" as we travel from Queensland to Sydney. Close to Bowling Club. Staff are friendly and provide cold water & fresh milk on arrival. Special requests are accommodated and the room was well priced. Everything was fresh & clean with a good bed & shower, Coffee, tea and biscuits were also provided. I have stayed at the Hotel before, and will again when in the area.

There was not anything I did not like. The hotel met my expectations.

Checking in was fast and professional, given fresh milk for coffee and 2 bottles of cold water! The room was spotless and smelt wonderful, plenty of room for 2 and the shower well, no silly restricting shower heads, just old school full pressure heads with lots of hot water! Only a few minutes out of the city of Tamworth. Will stay again👍

Nothing.

That it was clean and tidy. Plus you had dishwashing liquid and scourer and tea towel to be able to wash up anything we used. Plus there we’re tea blankets and pillows plus an iron and ironing board. That is why we want to book for the same conference next year. The bonus was I also had the privilege of having my car under cover, which I really appreciated.

There was nothing to dislike.

The property is located close to the town centre.

On arrival was told that the room I had booked on booking.com was full so was given family room in stead. I had paid accommodation cost on booking.com but it appears the motel didn't get the payment. I was called by the receptionist and upon checkout was informed the matter was resolved between the motel and booking.com. Would prefer hassle free checkin & out experience.

Service at reception was incredibly friendly. Milk and water are available on request. Rooms were clean and well stocked. Pool towels are offered as a courtesy. BBQ facilities were clean and located right by the pool. We had an issue with another guest who caused a bit of drama. However, the owner/staff were incredibly understanding and managed to resolve the problem swiftly.

The location was amazing, super easy to get to and from places

The price was shocking, I know there was an event happening so upped the price but it was so high for the room you get. The bed and pillows could of been a bit more comfortable

The location was perfect, close to town & good spot if you want to head south in the morning. The hamburger place on the opposite, made my day as he has a lot of Parramatta photos, made my day complete..

Couldn't find our iron but that was soon sorted,

Very clean and comfortable bed. Good facilities including toaster cutlery etc. Great towels. Very roomy. Well received at reception. Very reasonably priced. Very quiet at night. Great parking. Good tv reception. Would recommend.

Fridge hadn't been set to be cold. Hair dryer didn't work at all.
