After a long drive it was refreshing to be seen driving in by the manageress who came over straight away for check-in. The complimentary glass of wine that was offered was a bonus and helped us unwind from the drive. Manageress was very helpful with suggestions as to where to eat locally and with ordering of breakfast. Breakfast was hot and prompt the next morning. Chose this motel because of its location on the way out of town so we could get an early start. Proved to be very convenient with service stations and fast-food outlets close by.

Pub next door had live music - however it finished early. Basic instant coffee was supplied in the unit but there was no better plunger/filter coffee on breakfast menu so had to make do with the instant coffee.

Im a bloke who really does enjoy a cold refreshing drink after a journey and I was met at reception with a cold stubby! Also it's located right next to My favourite Tamworth pub, it is however slightly out of the way of the rest of town so everything is a drive away, not that this bothers me

The shower pressure isn't awesome having water saving heads however I can see why it would be a choice for a busy motel like this one

From the moment we arrived everything was excellent. Loved the complimentary drinks. After a 6 hr trip it was very welcomed. Room was great. We parked our car right in front of our door. Beds comfy. Everything was so clean and fresh. Air con, showers and tv excellent. Walk to many food outlets. We had dinner at the Longyard next door. Breakfast at the motel was lovely.. our daughter loved the pool and swam every day we were there. We will most definitely stay there again.

An excellent experience in every regard. The room was spacious and clean; bed was comfortable and the bathroom enormous, Next door is a great pub with excellent food and across the road was a McDonalds.an ElPorto and a service station, making the motel ideally situated for the traveler, particularly if they have kids. I would happily recommend this motel.

There was no downside to this motel.

Very clean, quiet, with good facilities. Friendly staff. The location is great, - the Big Golden Guitar and tourist information centre are next door. (The info centre also houses a guitar and wax museum featuring country music stars.) A good pub (The Longyard) is at the rear of the motel, and accessible via a gate. There are also many shops nearby. Very good motel!

Great location, very friendly and accomodating staff. I had to make a few changes to my booking in the weeks before our trip & they were great about making those for me. Bed was very comfortable with neat & tidy bathroom. Good water pressure in the shower as well. We were made to feel very welcome.

Clean, tidy, great location close to AELEC and next door to the Longyard hotel, fuel and fast food if required. Beds were comfy, air conditioning great and had interconnecting rooms.

You can hear the music at night from next door, but we quite enjoyed the free concert!

Location was perfect. Staff were friendly. The complimentary drinks upon our arrival were a welcoming and most appreciated surprise after our long journey. Our room was spacious, very clean and comfortable.

My husband and I have no complaints at all regarding this accommodation.

Great location. Comfortable spacious room.

No cups, plates, cutlery in the room. Have to ask for it at Reception and staff weren’t happy to be disturbed even though it was 7:45pm and Reception is advertised as being open until 8pm

Fantastic place to stay We stay in plenty of motels in our travels and Golden Guitar is one of the best Spa was amazing after a long drive But the best part was complimentary beer and soft drink on arrival Would definitely stay here again
