The property was really great Staff were exceptional and the location is quiet even with the smokehouse connected to it.

The bedding had stains but it was clean. I’d recommend getting these stains out of bedding if possible Rooms were small but really well kept The showers and toilet were clean and water pressure was fantastic Food from smokehouse was lovely Great stay if not staying long term.

Clean, cosy rooms with a wonderful heater that ran well.

Room 3right out front of the smoker had everything we needed however the smell of the smoker all night was overpowering and very strong, but it is what it is- not the end of the world

Nowhere to hang clothes. No shelf in bathroom for toiletries. The window blind - doesn't cover windows (6" gap) - hard to open & shut.

The evening meal was amazing the meat platter was so delicious, and staff was helpful. Difficult to know where to sit on arrival as restaurant area was closed, and no food was available.

Breakfast, maybe light lunch as we drove from Sydney, coffee and a light lunch would be nice.

I loved the old style rooms and the fact they have 2 bathrooms when travelling with a large family. Beds were comfortable, good size rooms, love how the set out is outside with lounges at the doors and close to the Play equipment for the kiddies. Beautiful set out all round.

We stayed for over a week as it suited our needs perfectly. We were at the rear of the property and heard minimal traffic noise. The room had exactly what we needed and was comfy.

I can't actually think of anything we didn't like...

The location was very close to the centre of Tamworth and right across from a metro which had a few little things you would need. The water was warm very quickly and pressure was good. Beds were comfortable and room felt safe and secure.

One of the beds would roll away from the wall, but with a stopper by the legs it was fine. The dishes weren't clean when we got there so we had to get detergent before we could eat. Though with small adjustments these things were fine :)

This motel is fairly old, and unattended, but it is very clean and comfortable, it has everything you would need for an overnight or an extended stay. Even though it is on the highway, it is not very noisy, and I had a great sleep both nights. Itis not luxurious, but is great value for money.

Good sized room with four beds without being a squeeze. Multiple bathrooms were an unexpected bonus when managing a growing family of four. Staff were super friendly and eager to help when approached even for something as minor as heating a bottle. Surprisingly little noise from the main road and super comfy beds for a good nights sleep. The room was comfortable once it has warmed up. Overall a good room for the price.

We arrived late, freezing cold and beautiful staff had put heat on in room. Bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Not being able to park outback of hotel had to park way up the road and walk back.
