Older style Motel with good size room (2 bedroom unit) and car undercover parking with paved area to sit outside in sun. Perfect location for us close to shop and Australia Zoo and local lookouts. Everything you could need is in the kitchen and there is a pool.

Lounge was not comfortable and Bathroom needs exhaust fan and 2nd heater for bedrooms would be nice for colder days in winter. The reception not staffed when we were trying to checkout and no instruction how to get to your room on checkin was confusing.

Great location of your planning to visit the Australia Zoo. The lady that runs the motel was super friendly and helpful, and made me feel very welcome. They had lots of leaflets of local things to visit. If I had more time I would have loved to see more of the local mountain range-there looks to be a good drive up there. Unfortunately there was a wild storm on my last day so when I headed to the beach it was literally a washout! I had a beautiful meal at the Mooloolah valley country club. It is a sports bar, bowls field, and they seem to have things like trivia nights etc.

I didn't see much public transport facilities, so plan ahead on getting around. The local towns are quaint and there's not a huge selection of eateries or grocery shops so you do need to have a car to get around.

A large room with great facilities that were clean & in good order. This room helped stretch my budget further. It gave us the opportunity to catch up with an old friend & also surprise another friend for her 60th - thank you, thank you, thank you 🌺👌🌺

The rear verandah light shone thru the bathroom....I didn't realise there was another door to close....I must of been tired 🙀 Luckily I sleep in any situation 👌

Myself didn't have a car , no shops around local, and suncoast cabs only had 2 drivers around in beerwah its self if wanted to go somewhere as u couldn't as motel was off the steve irwin highway and to walk everywhere it take too long .and u can't walk on highway as it was too dangerous with cars doing 100kms speed.

The pool, air conditioning, the friendliness of staff, the available options of washing machines, kitchen appliances and utensils and the location.

The level of cleanliness we just found it a bit too dusty but we easily cleaned up a bit and made the stay better. The only other thing I can think of is the couch that had a leg issue and the fridge leaked a bit of water but everything else was just fine. We don’t expect perfection.

The lady we dealt with was lovely. very friendly and accommodating letting us have an early check in time with next to no notice. The beds were very comfy, air con was cold and shower was nice and hot. the room place itself is a little run down and in need of maintenance however we still had a great night. the pool needed a bit of attention to bring it back to its best.

Having all the extra little things you normally don't see in a hotel. Plenty of appliances and utensils to make your own food. Pool and swings close by to keep the kids entertained.

The only thing I can think of is the lounge needs an upgrade. Very squeaky and uncomfortable. Thankfully we weren't using it too much. Everything else is fantastic.

Very accommodating and served our purpose. Was spacious and clean. Staff were great and responsive. Would stay again should the the situation arise. Plenty of bedding and towels etc.

The pool could have been a bit cleaner. Would be nice to have a more comfortable couch in the lounge . Parking was a little difficult. Not much space, but was manageable

We thought the family unit was awesome. The kitchen was fully equipped even had all the little things other places typically don’t like condiments and even mini marshmallows for the hot chocolate provided it literally had everything we needed.

If we have to nit pick we would say definitely needs a comfier lounge and maybe t.v in the bedroom.

The lady who ran the place was absolutely lovely. So kind and helpful. The two bedroom apartment was fantastic value for money.

Nothing really. It was all good. The only thing is that it was on the highway with nowhere to go for a walk around if you feel like it. Otherwise it was perfect.
