Heinrich and Liying are excellent hosts. They make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive and are interested in your planned itinerary to make recommendations and further suggestions. The apartments itself are clean, well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay (large screen TV, stove, dishwasher, coffee plunger, double door fridge).

The Holiday Apartments are slightly tucked away from the major attractions in Cairns, but still within a walkable distance if need be. The hotel has a transporter vehicle available which you can book to take you where you want to go (a small fee).

Excellent customer service from Heinrich - he was very kind and knowledgable and couldn’t do enough to help us (including letting us check in super early on the day we arrived, letting us buy some eggs off him when we forgot to buy them and then kindly dropping us off in the centre of cairns on the day of our departure with all our bags!!). The location of the property is perfect - about a 15min walk to the centre / esplanade. Apartments really spacious and clean & excellent value for money with everything you need for self contained apartment! Pool is also great!

The apartment is everything you would expect for an older style apartment. Some signs of ware but very clean affordable and great amenities. All aircons worked kitchen was basic but had everything you need to make some meals,personally thought the beds were comfy and the water pressure in the shower was top notch! Pool was great and clean. Heinrich was incredible and so friendly answered any questions and was super helpful. Would absolutely stay here again!

NA Nothing to say here. If you are looking for some thing very modern maybe this is not for you? It is a short walk into town but this did not bother us as its a nice walk.

The apartment was spacious and included everything needed to prepare meals. There were also a washing machine and dryer which was helpful to wash towels etc. Heinrich is a very helpful and friendly host.

The location was good enough - withing walking distance to the Esplanade - about 20 minutes - and also close to major shopping centre - best reached with a car. It is a bit outdated but generous in size.

Large one bedroom ground floor apartment which faced onto the pool area with small private balcony. Comfortable king size bed. Washing machine and dryer facilities. Fans and air conditioning in main room and bedroom. Cooking facilities. Good shower water pressure.

Sadly a little drab but that can be fixed with better lighting and a paint job. The blinds, although great for keeping out the light, make a lot of noise when moving caused by the need to have the fan and air con on high (we were here at end of December / early January and very hot).

The property was in a good location we found it easy to get around the management was extremely helpful the apartment was clean but was showing signs of wear and tear price was for the property was good

The aircon was very noisy in the bedroom there was a homeless person sleeping below our apartment harmless but just uncomfortable and had small ant problem and the train was very noisy at times but not all the property fault

Very spacious apartment with great facilities. Great attention to details. For example, the kitchen was very well equipped with utensils and kitchenwares. Rooms are clean and as described. We were welcomed by Mr. Hendrich and he gave us all the best tips to enjoy our time in Cairns.

Very minor thing: the air conditioning in one of the rooms makes quite a bit of noise.

Spacious, clean, well equipped, centra location, pool and in unit washer & dryer. Heinrich the manager went over and above in accommodating us. We arrived on Good Friday and all the groceries stores we closed, the day before we forward him a small shopping list and all the items were in or fridge upon arrival. He offered a shuttle service to restaurants, tours, airport….etc for a small fee. This is the place to stay in Cairns.

it was clean; nice swimming pool; covered parking; comfortable beds; full set of kitchen equipment (except of coffee maker); good dishwasher

railway just outside the window; there is no coffee maker (booking says it is there, but not really); there was no any salt, oil, sugar and so on, nothing from the very basics (so you have to buy everything from scratch); tv remote control did not work because of old batteries; small ants on the kitchen

The place is clean and comfortable. Only thing there were no much essential. Four of us stayed for three nights but only gave us one roll of toilet paper and one small facial soap, and two one time use instant coffee. That was so weird as a hotel not supply essentials to guests.
