Excellent staff and pool facilities.

It would have been impossible to prepare even a simple meal in this apartment. The appliances and utensil supplied were truly ancient, and well below what would be expected. Fortunately we could dine out as an alternative.

Awesome location, right next to the Urangan pier with amazing sunrises on your doorstep. It’s hard not to be a morning person staying here - I was up early every day to watch the sun rise (and set) on the seafront. The walk stretches along the beach for a few kilometres and it’s really beautiful - you might even spot some turtles or dolpins here! Staff couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful at Oaks. They were truly such a pleasure - a special mention to Manuel and Emma. Incredible apartment, beautifully decorated and a huge space with gorgeous balcony. While I didn’t swim in the pool (I was on tours during the two days I stayed), the outside space is fabulous.

Hotel is situated in a great location and the swimming pools are fabulous. Kitchen is well equipped. Reception staff were lovely and helpful. Breakfast at salt was really nice as was pier cafe. The Bayswater hotel is great for food and drinks. Pizzas were lovely.

The curtains in our room 122 were very dirty and the balcony furniture was breaking and cushions very old and dirty. Bathroom shower fixture had a piece fall off into the bath in the middle of the night which wasn’t pleasant. Sofas were soiled and uncomfortable. Wifi was not good at all.

Overall very happy and would stay again. But you could improve the following; 1. Wifi didn't work in our room. 2. Cockroaches in the room dishwasher, bed and kitchen areas. 3. No late check out to support with baby and flights even though we checked in late. 4. Additional costs to have a cot had to bring one from home to save $100 to hire 5. Have a breakfast inclusion option

I'm the sort of person who does not sleep well in hotels due to the hardness of the beds and uncomfortable pillows. Oaks resort is the 1st hotel that I have EVER stayed in that was so amazingly comfortable. I was actually able to sleep and sleep soundly. The pool area was incredible, pool side lounge chairs extremely comfortable, could have sat by the pool or floated in it for ages. Restaurants close by with beach side shops a short drive down the rd with even more restaurants. I couldn't recommend this play more highly, would definitely stay there again. In fact we've already booked in for 3 nights in November.

Location. Parking was excellent, it has lots of Disability parking. Enjoyed the large balcony and view. It has a room service facility which is handy. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Lots of restaurants near by.

It does not have a hot spa at the pool area, this was disappointing. Needs to have a coffee machine and more variety of tea bags. The bedrooms do not have air conditioning, only ceiling fans making the evenings not very comfortable. Woke up all sweaty and hot. The WiFi does not work in the bedrooms.

Absolutely amazing big warm swim pools, state of the art! Beautiful big lobby with super friendly helpful girls working at front desk! Easy drive up to check in area! Used both Salt & Baywater restaurants. Both had great food. Baywater was always very very very cold!!!!???? Tell them to turn a/c up! All customers were putting on jackets & sweaters if they were lucky to have one with them.

Too cold at restaurant Baywater Gym was a disappointment!

We got a free upgrade to ocean view. Lovely view. The pool was awesome for our daughter - and heated. Room was huge and very comfortable - nice restaurants and cafes in easy walking distance. Don't miss the markets!! Perfect mix of trash, treasure and food And recommend the Donuts! .

Didn't get a room service menu on check in then reception was closed - suggest having some in the foyer. When we did get Room service was a bit average but on feedback they remade my meal which was fine.

I love this resort. Spacious rooms and comfy beds. I've been here a few times and love the location. The pool is great and is always clean.

Unfortunately, someone had been smoking on the patio. There was ash over one of the outdoor chairs, also on the floor. I noticed cigarette butts where the plants were. There are not enough sunbeds around the pool for busy times.

The size of the room was great. Large kitchen. View of the pool/ocean. Pools were lovely, beautiful temperature. Loved the large balcony.

There was little supervision in the pool area, on a number of occasions we saw guests with glass and they were old enough to know better. Guests also smoking / vaping in the pool area. Noise from the walkways outside the room travels into the rooms.
