Great location and extremely friendly staff. I had a water leak in the main bedroom coming from the upstairs apartment through the light fixture, I advised the lovely staff member on duty that morning and she was amazing, she sprung into action and ensured that the issue was resolved. On another occasion I had locked my room and car key inside the apartment at 6:30am on my way out, I called the owner whom I’m sure was still sleeping however he was friendly and assisted me with accessing the master key to unlock my apartment door with no extra charge, absolute legend!

No laundry facility, my brother and I were participating in a sporting event over Australia Day long weekend and would have greatly appreciated a laundry. We had to offsite to wash.

No bedside lamp. Shower curtain kept blowing right onto me whilst showering, whether the light (and extractor fan) was on or not, so I pushed it out and that meant a pool of water outside the shower - with a totally inadequate bathmat that only dried out if left outside in the sun all day. BUT the owner Benn explained that rooms were slowly being re-done, mine was one of the cheaper ones and will take its turn. I thought it was good value for money - all boxes ticked above are valid.

Facilities were spacious, comfortable and recently renovated. Staff were very helpful. Good locality for me to explore Adelaide Hills, Murray Mouth and coastal areas, Port, Torrens Valley, and Barossa etc.

Parking could be better but I managed. Office is not open and no availability of owner for a lot of the time. Attention to plants and the general appearance of entrance would I make it mors attractive.

Room was clean and adequate for our needs

Would have liked a small table or shelf to boil the kettle on. Was a little noisy but earplugs supplied.

Very handy location. Clean. Parking was available although we didn't need it. Was given a 2nd key when requested. Internet services worked well for entire stay. Room service was good with extra towels and linen given.

Couldn't replace the toilet roll on to the toilet roll holder as toilet roll holder had a lock on it. There was plenty of actual paper.

Exactly as described suited my needs perfectly, 5 min walk to selection of supermarkets, coffee shops, laundromat, bus stop I didn't need but right outside the door, was asked every day if I needed anything. Had everything in room I needed. amble parking.

Nothing to fault at all, exactly what I I expected from description. Friendly clean basic needs.

arrival arrangements poor , complicated compared to other remotely operated accommodations . once booked on Booking . com who have all details, unnecessary and frustrating to have to wait to upload ID , sometimes impossible if in Outback with no wifi ( foreign travellers especially) over 4 days never met any staff member . suggestion would be a real person could be on site say half hour a day very busy road but happy at the rear.

Really comfortable stay in an apartment at a very good price. Very clean and tidy with all that one would expect. A little away from the main centre of Adelaide but the bus 861 is just outside on the main road. Would definitely book again.

No real issues. Was somewhat difficult to park our 4WD vehicle in the allocated parking space. They have mostly a non contact reception which worked for us even though someone around to get information from would have been nice.

Handy location, room big enough to park our bikes in and luggage. Microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster- so all you need really. Yes, it's old, but the owners are doing a great job slowly updating everything. It was super clean and exceptional value for money.

Clean, fresh apartment. Loads of room. Everything we needed and great location. We had a couple of 40+ days and the AC worked like a dream. Benn was fantastic - especially when we realised we'd left some clothes in our wardrobe, so helpful!! Great communication and a great stay. Thank you
