I am very disappointed that Booking.com did not allow this Motel and apartment advertise on their site about the $50 pet cleaning charge. Booking.com you take money for booking people, don't you think that you should at least be telling the truth about the pet cleaning charges upfront on your booking page and not giving guests that stay there a hip pocket surprise. Very poor form on your behalf Booking.com This is not the first time you have done me over, however I gave you the benefit of doubt, only to be disappointed again. The lady at Reception was so nice and she shouldn't be having to explain what you didn't. I really enjoyed my stay with my girl Hollie-Rose, the bed was absolutely divine and the room very clean and the service was great. Thank you for the room upgrade

Friendly staff and very helpful. The unit was a comfortable size for our party and very clean. The kitchen was disappointing as it was missing a lot of essentials for cooking but the oven was great. Bonus was the little cafe outside if you were stuck for a meal or needed a coffee hit.

Kitchen needs more essential utensils for it to be functional ie peeler, bowls etc. The traffic noise can be excessive at peak times. Parking was tight and outdoors. We opted to pay the parking fee to make sure we had a spot each day but even that was a free for all

The location is close to the city and we were traveling from NSW where the hotel is on the same road connecting to Adelaide CBD. The facilities for great with all needs were provisioned and the rooms and living hall was large. Also the the kitchen appliances were very clean. Parking though had to pay $10 per day it was worth having reserved parking. Electric charging spots are available for Electric cars which is a good option for those who drive such vehicles.

The shower area had no door to close, and water spread across the whole floor area, making it slippery. Also tea, sugar, and Coffee were available only for 6 cups and we had to request more. (This was different from our last visit to a different hotel in Adelaide as they provided for all days.) After that, reception refused to provide and we had to source them from outside. Not sure about the toilet paper and only two rolls were there which was enough for us during 5 nights stay.

Very modern / new style room with plenty of space for two. I liked the extra kitchen appliances you don’t usually see in hotel / motels. Example - microwave. Super comfy bed and great location and price. Will be staying again.

I loved staying here. Super spacious room with comfy bed, great location, great shower, and the staff were super nice. Appreciated the doggy treat we were gifted! Would come back if I was in the area!

I didn't like being charged extra on arrival for bringing my dog ($50 cleaning fee) when I already paid extra for the pet friendly room.... should that not be part of the room cost already? Odd! Also, the drawers were difficult to close lol!

Modern and clean basic room. Close and convenient to the city . Good place for on overnight stay at a reasonable price. Staff friendly and carpark is secure.

BASIC ROOM is comfy but very small with the bed taking up most of the space -could do with a stand or table next to the bed. Light display on the air conditioner is very bright and disturbed our sleep. Had to turn it off. Traffic is noisy but to be expected on a main busy road.

The kitchen was great but with supermarkets restaurants not far away we did not cook

There were cockroaches but that's just Adelaide

The staff at the Osmond Motel were very friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the room was outstanding Short ride to the cbd.

Good location, and within walking distance of the parklands. Some great places to eat nearby including the Arkaba Hotel.

Great location, lovely clean modern apartment, very comfy bed! Easy check in and check out (key drop). Lovely little cafe next door. Dog friendly!
