I had travelled from Geelong in Victoria, and I loved that it was on the road into town on the left-hand side. Very easy to get to. The location was very good. Diagonally, across the road was a great supermarket, coffee shop, restaurant, pharmacy, liquor store, hotel, and one block up was a Woolworths supermarket. For those who like Maccas, it was across the road in the other direction. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was simple but comfortable.

There were some minor issues that wouldn't stop me from returning. No face washer in the room, but they gave me one when I asked. A tea towel to wipe dishes, but no dish cloth or detergent, so not able to wipe down the bench when I cooked toast, for example.

Room was very nice, location was very quiet. Great stay.

It was fine

The Motel was ideally located for me. I travelled into Adelaide to the veterans hospital then dropped off my motorcycle for servicing. Thus the motel was ideally located for me for an overnight stay. Staff where very friendly and transport back into the city was close at hand the next day for pick of my motorcycle for the long trip home.

I had no issues with the motel. Everything I needed was readily at hand including places for food. Possibly the only thing I didn't like the motel couldn't fix and that was the low pressure cell that came through during the night with high winds and heavy rain.

Clean reception is always a welcoming. Good information on what to do etc

I like the comfy bed. I slept like a baby. Not too noisy. I felt safe and secured. The host Harry is friendly and accommodating. Can't complain. I'm happy the way I stayed there. It's a short visit but I enjoyed it, next time might stay longer.

The soap holder in the bathroom is broken, so I had to be careful and might have a cut or broken skin . Myself, when having a bath accident could happen at any time if in case you might have a fall or you're leaning towards the tiles where the soap was located.. This is just my opinion. Need the carpet vacuum thoroughly and might apply carpet deodoriser. Once the guest left after staying, let the door open for at least half an hour to let the smell from the previous guest get out from the room.

I arrived to a difficult situation f my 94 year old mother not being well cared for in aged care.I had one week to sort it out. On the 3rd day I got Covid, probably from the plane. I had to stay in my room and didn't fell well enough to go ahead with complaints. Once I said I had Coughing vid they were so helpful. I will always stay there in Adelaide.

Fantastic Location rooms were a decent size and the host was welcoming. The bed was comfortable but you have to be careful as it likes to roll around on you a bit but is still nice the shower must of been a bit clogged as there was enough water to cover our feet in the shower but besides that it was a great stay

Shower was clogged and the bed rolled around a bit making it hard to sit up in bed. The TV struggled to have reception which is weird being in the city but was a great stay and we were comfortable

Easy access to Arkabar hotel could easily walk even with a few beverages under our belts

Hated the exhaust fan in bathroom but everything else was completely comfortable and great value.. plenty of off street parking.. friendly service..

Room was clean neat and tidy. Had microwave and toaster if you like something easy to heat up or toast. Lovely size shower and NO shower curtain . Fridge was nice and cold. Good for a few nights stay.

Only received a towel each would be great if got a hand towel and face washer (as do with every other place I have stayed at)
