I was so glad I was able to book here! The night manager was extremely helpful when I needed accommodation at the last minute, guiding me through the booking process so my reservation could be received immediately (before 10pm), and leaving the key ready for my arrival. The room was quite small and on the cosy side, yet was comfy, clean, and surprisingly quiet for the location. The air conditioning soon warmed the room, and the shower was hot. Parking was near the room, plus I was able to arrange a slightly later checkout, and I really appreciated this, as well. The manager in the office the next morning was also very helpful and welcoming.

There was a microwave yet no.plates or cutlery, however this omission may have simply been because my reservation was unexpected as I booked just before 10pm.

Peter welcomed all guests with an energetic smile and friendly conversation. The freshly renovated rooms are spacious with big comfortable beds, located close to lovely local restaurants and a short walk to shopping centre for all your convenience. I was impressed by how quiet it was, easy to forget you are on a main road and short drive to CBD. Owned locally and run independently it is worth supporting people who genuinely enjoy what they do.

No toaster. 1 coffee/ tea mug/cup for a room that accommodates 3. 2 glasses for water. No wine or stemless glasses. Not enough pillows. No hand towels. No directory for what to do in an emergency.

Loved the idea of how shampoo etc was done.....easily accessible and a brilliant idea for not packaging waste, better on the environment! Clean, suitable and comfortable.

No reflection on Motel and Managers but the inconsideration of other guests arriving at motel at 130am talking loudly near room for 20 mins before calling out where they whispered back into full volume,..,.interrupted a near perfect night of sleep. Conditioner and shaving cream emptied, nothing to use, office not opened when leaving to inform. Suggestion a feedback form which could be put in key return.

It was reasonably priced even during peak time. The staff was very accommodating and efficient. The rooms were very tidy and clean. The location was near where we eneded to go.

Perfectly lovely room and bed was sooo comfortable. I slept like a LOG. (Which is unusual) Very nice and clean. The after hours process was very simple and easy. Great location..easy access from main road and side street for taxi & Uber drop off and puck up.

Only my Heavy suitcase... lugging it up the stairs after travelling 9 hours. But I'll have to learn to travel light. Lol

Clean and tidy and I really enjoyed my short stay!

Only thing I didn't like was the room upstairs had kids running up and down and the noise came through the roof until after midnight but that's nothing against the motel!

Eastern suburbs handy to many shops, hotels and restaurants also near but not too close to SE Freeway. Good sized room. Good linen, good shower and all the kitchenette appliances and accessories. Very helpful staff with great communication.

I've stayed here a couple of times and the team never faults. It's quite often I arrive just before reception closes due to work (8pm). And they are always more than accommodating. This time I stayed in room 14 (I suggest requesting this room ;) - there a little kitchenette - including microwave praise .... , table for work and a comfy couch leading into a separate room where bed tv is.) I work thru the night sometimes and it's always quiet safe and secure. Also take your pick on 1million places to order in from. Just out of the city car parking is free... What more could you ask for for this kind of accommodation? Will be back team :)
