Very clean, very comfortable. Room was warm even at night when we turned heater off. Staff friendly and professional. Reception area and dining room have a warm and classy ambience. Excellent room rate. Hot shower, good quality bathroom products, big fluffy towels. Close to Main Street and shops. Couldn’t hear traffic noise. Dishwashing detergent and tea towel provided - very thoughtful.

Shower was a bit small. Not being able to control bathroom light and fan separately. Parking was tricky; it didn’t seem there were enough parks for the rooms available. Breakfast was pricey but it is everywhere! We took our own. Bathroom needs an extra towel hook or towel rail.

We stayed in one of their houses, 9 Fairley street. Sleeps 11. So much space! Storage in the kitchen and bedrooms was great, plenty of room for everything. A full sized fridge too. Three bathrooms and toilets. Two of the bathrooms are newly renovated with lovely deep baths, one has a large walk in shower. The hot water was hot. A balcony wrapped around half of the house which provided lovely views across the big backyard. Plenty of birds to watch and listen too. Location was beneficial, not far to the shops and local attractions. Also being near the main road it was easy for our day trips. New washing machine and dryer in the downstairs laundry. The large garage has clotheslines installed. The driveway is long enough to park several cars. When talking to staff they were professional and polite. They listened and were very helpful with everything. I believe the staff member I spoke to often was Charlotte, she was always helpful. The air conditioning was perfect was the hot days. The house was large and clean. Lots of plates, glasses and cutlery and utensils. I would happily re book this accommodation.

An outdoor seating or dining space would be a great addition. The bbq was dirty so we didn’t use it. They had plenty of large pots and pans to cater for cooking for a large group but only a 600 mm cooktop which made it difficult to fit the large pots and pans. The house was fabulous, knowing this, I would happily book to stay there again.

Clean , spacious rooms but a bit dated decor. Good place for one night. Breakfast was was good but no hot drink was included.

Somehow the decor in the room was a bit depressing. The old style shower head should be replaced with a hand held shower. We had breakfast included but it was disappointing: they need a bigger table with room for 2 toasters to avoid waiting and reach over each other over that small table. Also at least some ready made coffee would have been nice to be included.

Good location, friendly staff had a room onto the main road but was surprisingly quiet hardly heard any traffic, clean and fresh room

Taps are needing a service very minor thing and the spout into the spa is poorly located also a minor thing and the car spaces are narrow so with the two large SUV and Ute's parking over the two nights we could not access our dedicated park, might pay going forward to repaint the line marking on the grounds to suit the wider modern vehicles, again minor issue found an alternative space to park on the grounds anyway.

I was really pleased with the customer service at reception and the motel room was at a good standard. Furnishings & furniture was good quality and bed was super comfy. For $130, I was definitely pleased with the value for money

A couple of negatives to report; - Some “mould” or similar markings on the bathroom ceiling - Bathroom sensor light turns off every minute while you are in the shower so had to wave arm to turn back on Other than that, very good experience!

Rooms were great - stylish, clean, good amenities, parking easy.

Just clarification on what breakfast you are paying for when choosing that option. On the info I read for the hotel it said offers A La Carte, but when we got there we were told a basic chef's breakfast was what was included for the price - very small selection of fruit, juice, croissant, toast, some yoghurt. They offered an upgrade to full breakfast (basic chef's breakfast + 1 x menu from a la carte + 2 x sides + 1 x coffee/juice for an extra $13pp.

not set out for people staying more than one night and living out of a suitcase. There needs to be at least one chair in each bedroom. There needs to be a chest of drawers in each room There needs to be a mirror in each room. there was no service i.e. bathroom/toilet cleaning in three weeks?? The house needs a deep clean especially the vents for the air/heating - it is blowing all sorts of debris into the house - not healthy. The leather settee is so low that both of us would need a crane to get out of it! Cater for all ages please and abilities. You need a mature woman to advise on the above!

Clean, modern room that was well equipped. Central location on the highway that was convenient for us visiting family in the area. Double glazed window really helped dull the traffic noise. Very cozy temperature. We have stayed at many motels in Mt Gambier when we visit my Dad here and this is the best that we will definitely book again.

A lot of traffic noise overnight. Most were muffled from the double glazed window but the noise from the truck brakes was annoying. Unfortunately there was a big domestic there on one night that we stayed which was very disturbing but this was certainly nothing that the accommodation staff could control.

Beds were comfortable and the room was a good size. Handy location for getting into town and not far from the crater lakes. Friendly staff.

Our room was right next to a very busy intersection so the traffic noise was really loud. The tv was kind of small for the size of the room. The shower was really high and the water sprayed everywhere - not so good if you are trying to keep your hair dry when showering Lol!!

Ground floor, partner uses a wheelchair so was good for that reason

Arrived at our room and first thing I noticed was 3 cigarette butts on the mat at door. I know it was from other people but for them to be still there for next guest wasn't the best look. My partner smokes and I made sure she had something to put her butts in after finishing. Just the first impression that counts.
