We were so grateful and happy with the Country Club staff because they upgraded us to the Wllowdale suite on the top floor, which was absolutely amazing. In the suite we had a spacious and comfortable living area with great facilities including the Rolls Royce of bathrooms with spa bath and multi-jet shower 🚿. The third floor also has a wonderful view over the lake and the mountains in the distance. Each day we ate at different venues within the club and we ultimately founds Bolters Pizzeria by the villas. We were spoilt for choice.

We liked everything.

We were given an upgrade to a suite which was amazing. The bathroom was huge with double sinks, a fantastic shower and a big deep spa bath. The room was great with a lovely view from the balcony out over the golf course. We had a buffet breakfast each morning which was plentiful and yummy. It is one of our favorite places to stay whenever we are in Launceston. As per usual the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The only issue was the mattress on the bed. It could do with being turned or replaced as it is very soft and has a large sunken spot where you sleep.

Our family stay at Country Club Tasmania was an absolute delight from start to finish. The bedroom was beautifully appointed, with plush bedding and ample storage space for our belongings. The en-suite bathrooms were modern and well-equipped, with luxurious amenities that added to the overall sense of indulgence. The resort's amenities were a huge hit with our family. The on-site restaurants offered a diverse range of delicious and nutritious meal options, catering to even the pickiest of eaters. The indoor pool was a constant source of entertainment, and the well-maintained fitness center and spa allowed us to rejuvenate and recharge during our stay. One of the standout features of our experience was the attentive and personalized service provided by the staff, particularly Leigh. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel welcome and ensured that our every need was met with a smile and a genuine desire to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Overall, our family stay at Country Club Tasmania exceeded our expectations in every way. The upgrades, amenities, and exceptional service provided by Matt and the entire team made this a truly unforgettable vacation. We cannot wait to return and experience the magic of this remarkable resort again. 5 stars across the board!

Parking was far.

We really appreciated the pool as it was very warm. The setting of the Country Club is very relaxing. The food for tea was reasonably priced, we declined to pay their breakfast price and had a great meal at Full O' Beans at the Prospect Shopping Centre.

I thought they were a little mean with the tea bags and coffee, not even a biscuit. We had trouble having a bath as none of the plugs fitted although eventually one was found for us. It would have been nice if we'd known the towels for the pool were in the cupboard, it was only by luck we found them.

Sliding doors to the deck need attention - very hard to operate and the flyscreens had been knocked off their tracks. Could hear people upstairs (a little person?) running from room to room after I'd gone to bed, I usually try to request a top floor room to combat this.... I had to search for the porter to retrieve gear from the lockup. I didn't realise my car would be so remote from the room, or the room so far from reception.

Room was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. After a long day travelling and working in the area, the comfortable bed and pillows were appreciated

It was quite a long walk from reception to the room, anyone elderly or with mobility issues may struggle unless there is a wheelchair to use. May be worth checking this is you are unable to walk long distances. Also shower was over the bath which may pose problems for some guests, unsure if all rooms are designed like this. Rooms were nice but bathrooms could be updated. Once checked in the vehicle needed to be moved and the only parking area was a long walk from the room.

Loved the breakfast there was a good variety of foods , my granddaughter loved the pancake section . It was her birthday present she wanted to stay in a fancy place with a pool a nice Restaurant Room Service for dessert and great breakfast and the Country Club was the only place that offered everything she desired.

The Bathroom was small , toilet behind door very uncomfortable and shower in bath so I couldn't have a shower as I can't lift my leg that high . But overall the room was perfect .

The room was so clean and comfortable .. We loved the fact it had Foxtel and we could watch the Footy (AFL) before going out. Had dinner in the restaurant and it was magnificent as was the wine .. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Golf Cour

The room was quite a walk from Reception, although we didn't mind. The carpark was even further and as we were travelling on the Spirit of Tasmania, it was full of our belongings which was a worry.

Beautiful well maintained grounds, the room was clean, spacious and comfortable. We didn't get to explore the other facilities/activities such as pool, horse riding etc. as we only stayed for one night but will definitely stay longer next time. The staff were friendly, helpful and attentive to our needs. Sometimes it's the little things and gestures that makes a trip enjoyable and memorable.

The lift was not operational during our stay. We were informed about it beforehand but still a slight inconvenience. A very small niggle though in comparison to how happy my family and I are with our stay 😀

Great location close to the airport and city. As a solo traveller, I appreciated the comfort and ease of moving through the property internally in a safe manner. The room was spacious and well equiped, comfortable and clean. After a swim, exercise, spa and sauna, I enjoyed a hearty meal at the bistro. Would like to return here and explore the grounds some more.

While the bathroom did have the usual soaps and shampoo etc I was surprised that there was no complimentary grooming accessories. ie: toothbrush, paste, shave razor, comb etc. Unfortunately the lake and bridge was not accessible due to works being carried out, I would like to see the finished bridge.
