The location is great for us not far from the chair lift, the unique designed hotel feel cozy and warm ^^, location is surround with restaurant, bar, convenience store, cafe. But you definitely get a great coffee and 5 stars dinner served at the hotel restaurant (our familiies loved the foods) with many selection of wines. Very secure hotel. Inside room is nice i mean perfect decor, comfy bed & super clean toilet i loved the premium amenities the hotel provide very good smell. They got everything you just pack your clothes and gear!

Spa should be under covered or can be operated during winter season. Staffs should ask guests if we would like to leave some tips for the services that they provide on shift! We travelling we don't carry on cash.

Lovely building with great facilities, open fire outside, comfy lounge with fire inside, drying room for ski gear, free EV charger, toboggans and sports equipment available to borrow, TV in room with foxtel, friendly and very helpful staff, well located in town

Emily Mc. was extremely helpful in booking and organising the ideal room for us. I really appreciated her help as we wouldn't have stayed if it wasn't for her and her lovely customer service. Thank you Emily. Lovely cabin/chalet atmosphere with fireplaces in the main area and restaurant.

Just a shame there weren't extra staff to support those working, as they were very often working hard to keep up with demand/orders. All the staff were extremely helpful and lovely to deal with. Special mention was the service from Mia and Madison. Hard working and always cheerful.

Loved the comfortable lounge area with the big fire as well the fabulous outdoor fire pit. The food in the restaurant was amazing. The extras like live music, trivia night and so much more.

We could have done with some extra hooks in the bedroom for hanging jackets ect.

It was very well placed in the location and relative to the snow fields at Mt Hotham. The lunch we had h there for Christmas in July might just be the best lunch we have ever had.

The TV was quite old and did not receive HD stations. I would have thought that HD TVs would be a minimum requirement these days and preferably smart TVs.

Despite my stay only being a short one, Club Wyndhams accommodation and the staff were amazing. They were informative, warm and welcoming throughout my stay. Definitely want to return back again for a longer stay.

It was a little over run with little kids in the bar and restaurant ( not staying in house ) and when they finally left , we were told the bar had closed the til , at 9.15 pm!

Peace and quiet location. Friendly & helpful staff. Menu was good & food was acceptable.

The chalet we were in was fabs! We loved everything about it - bedrooms, bathrooms, living and dining rooms and especially the bay windows and fire place!

the foxtel tv did not work, but we did not go there to watch tv, just that it should have been checked and fixed prior to check in

Great hotel in a great spot. Shuttle bus is close to get to hotham easy and a good slope for the kids you can walk to.
