Clean room, comfortable bed.

I had a late check in at 7:30pm on Sunday after driving 8 hours and when I arrived the reception was in darkness and no one around. Luckily I found a contact number to call and was told my room card was in a machine on the wall at the front of reception outside. I was given a pin number to put in the machine and it didn't work numerous times; another guest was also waiting for her key. 25-20 mins later someone arrived and found the machine was not dispensing as it should so had to un-lock reception and get things sorted. Waiting in 10 degrees wind was not pleasant..

Booked last minute & I am so glad we did. The customer service we received upon checking in was incredible. Special thanks to Imogen for being so helpful, accomodating & going above and beyond while checking in. We were so thankful for her warm welcome & for making us feel right at home especially after a 2 hour drive. The facilities itself are great! It’s exactly what we needed for the night. Close to everything we needed (supermarkets down the road, fast food, restaurants, skate park and lake Victoria across the road even) facilities are well kept & very clean. Everything was perfect for our family stay. Sauna wasn’t working at the time but the spa & pool was perfect as well as the gym!

the overall noise was minimum even though on the main road and we got a front bottom room. free washing machine and dryer - love! comfortable room. housekeeping and office staff were lovely. the housekeeper unlocked our window without hesitation for us and a smile on her face, she was lovely. room service each day. close to town for the supermarket etc. we will return.

the fridge was tiny & barely cold the pool was cold slightly overpriced BUT I got a quiet and comfortable sleep so I'm ok to pay more for that.

Spacious rooms, comfortable beds and opposite the park and lake. The staff were very accommodating as we booked 2 rooms and needed to extend the checkout time for one of these. It was easily done.

Everything was pretty good but we did go to the restaurant for breakfast only to find that the only eggs on offer were scrambled eggs. Yet most of the breakfast menu offered fried or poached eggs. So we went somewhere else as we thought that was pretty odd and that maybe the chef or cook wasn’t there. We weren’t sure what to expect

We liked the view of the lake and everything we needed was onsite.ie. pool/restaurant and bar, or close by. Parking was convenient, and the room clean and comfortable. Temperature control made the room a relief from the outside heat and we could get a good nights' sleep.

We accumulated a lot of towels which we couldn't use. We had inadequate toilet paper for three adults. We would have liked some more instructions around the etiquette of the laundry i.e. can we move other peoples' washing/dried garments if the cycle is finished? And put it into what? rather than dump it on the bench.

The bar and restaurant staff were so helpful and friendly. Best I've experienced for many decades, anywhere, including overseas. The room was comfortable and warm.

Repositioning the rubbish bins outside our door ( C11), under the stairs. They were so noisy when used by so many people, day and evening.

Location and building design. Free parking. Safe. TV, air condition in all rooms, everything was perfect. Beds were comfortable.

You have to pay a bond on arrival that I believe was not mentioned during booking. However, it did not matter for me if I was aware. But people need to know to mange their financial plans. Room probably was not properly vacuumed. Room was in upstairs (It was ok, only on level up easy for younger guests, I wish I was informed during booking or able to choose as there is no lift. However, it was ok for us).

Very comfortable bed, new bathroom and very modern room. Big TV too.

I booked 2 rooms and had to pay 2 lots of bond $200 for each room. I was told by the staff I would get my bond back the day I checked out. After 3 days I rang and asked when my bond would be back and they said that day. I am still waiting for $400 to be put back into my account 5 days later. This has made me very anxious because I had $400 less in my bank for my holiday that I didn't budget for.

The room was clean, exceptionally fitted out. Fairly quiet location. Central location. A restaurant on-site was a big draw card

I went to book for dinner on Sunday night, only to be told the restaurant wasn't open. I am a solo traveller and needed to resort to some delivered fish and chips. I really would have preferred the restaurant.

Nothing here was unsatisfactory for us.
