Room was easy to access, Parking was fantastic. Reception Desk Staff were very approachable and assisted with coming and going from Property.

No Knives/Forks/Plates in room. The Price of the room considering (Yes it was my choices from booking com.) But when I rang up the Desk to see if I could get a better deal, they basically said that the price they gave me was it. I stayed 3 nights the first stay and then returned back to Perth from Qld for 2 nights. We are returning back in June 2025 but when I got the price for 3 nights of $811 for 1 room but as I was bringing another couple, it was going to cost another $811 for another room.. I refuse to pay that sort of Money and so did they, so I/We have decided to go else where to The Broadwater Resort Cosmo for 3 Nights in a 2 bedroom apartment we got it for $889.20. The couple who is accompany us is from QLD.

Shuttle bus service was excellent left my phone in bus when dropped off at airport. The driver was kind enough to bring it back to me. Also, the other receptionist who picked me up from the airport had outstanding customer service skills

Not that I didn't like it, but when connecting to live AFL, I had difficulties, and the electrician was quick to fix the issue. It was perfect timing that he was doing his routine inspections when I just tried connecting to Chrome Cast to watch footy. Perhaps access to live sports channels would improve standards for comfort when staying in rooms. Access to movies is great, but people who may want to watch live sports that aren't to tech savvy my experience frustrations

The service at the hotel made my nightmare flight go away. It was the closest hotel to the airport, offered free pickup and drop off, with the most courteous service you could ask for. Excellent value for money, with very modern facilities and clean rooms that gave me some hours rest before continuing the trip. Reception was faultless! They even have some snacks and toiletry products displayed in reception in case you need them in an emergency.

It was an overall wonderful experience; I booked last minute as my travel plans changed. I was told that it is peak season and that all worthwhile accommodation would be booked up, so I really did not expect much. But I was so impressed with location, room and the bonus for me was the wonderful outside pool and jacuzzi area, location close to the airport, it gave me a feeling that I was in a resort rather than a hotel in the middle of town. Thank you Country Comfort Perth. I will definitely stay with you again.

There was nothing not to like. It was quiet and comfortable. I did not have the opportunity to eat at the restaurant, but will do so next time.

Room was very spacious and clean. It was well-equipped with air con, a kettle, toaster, microwave, hob and fridge. Bathroom was also large and was stocked with plenty of toiletries. The on site restaurant served delicious food and had a large selection on the menu. The pool area was well maintained and our son enjoyed splashing in the toddler pool. We were particularly impressed with the hotel's Go Green initiative, whereby, if guests choose to skip a clean in their room, they are rewarded with a free drink from the hotel bar!

The only downfall is the hotel's location on a busy road - you can hear the traffic. However, this did not disturb our stay at all.

Beds were very comfy, perfect for an overnight stay. Room looked like it had recently been renovated & loved the fact that the shuttle from Airport was free with a 24hr reception. Unfortunately, on our way back to the airport the shuttle was not working but the friendly staff ordered an Uber for us, and it was paid for by the hotel which was a pleasant surprise!!

The A/c was not on when we arrived and so the room was a little stuffy and needed the key to get it on but no major issues.

Everything was wonderful! Hotel and facilities are a solid 4 stars; the stellar customer service pushes my rating to 5. Clean, spacious, comfortable room. Go for the Deluxe rooms, with a balcony or garden - well worth it. The pool is big and very clean with a jacuzzi and plenty of lounge chairs. Delicious breakfast. Free airport shuttle. Service was exceptional. I arrived a day early and left a day late, and they were able to accommodate on both ends, with a room and a good price. Looking forward to returning.

Perfect location when flying overseas as we have to travel up from the country and the hotel is just a short drive from the terminals. We stayed here at both ends of our recent trip and would recommend it. Nice room, comfy bed, good block out blinds and a lovely restaurant at the property which we used both times. We also had undercover parking for the room we stayed in which was great.

The heavy glass sliding door which did both the shower and toilet was difficult to use. Our toilet's half flush function didn't work but this was reported to staff at reception who I assume would organise repairs.

The room was way more spacious than I expected and very modern considering how well priced it was! I especially liked how you could change the configuration of the room with all the sliding doors e.g. opening up the bathroom to see the entire room or just closing it off. Since I was a solo traveller I kept it open to feel more spacious. Enjoyed the pool area, heaps of available chairs and choice of shade or sun and lovely sized pool.

The breakfast was quite small for $20 + $5 room service fee. It was a continental one with choosing the options but the servings were tiny except for the drinks that came with. I was expecting a croissant that was a full size not miniature. Wasn't the end of the world but wasn't full after spending $20+ on it and had to eat again quite soon after.

check in went well they changed our room from an upstairs room to a downstairs room. Bed was comfy.

Air con was a little noisy & had a perfume smell that my partner had a reaction to. ( needs a service ) having power point on both sides of the bed would be handy or at least an extension lead /power board especially for people that have cpap machines & not at floor level. Having to pay $34 dollars to watch movies I thought was a bit rich. I couldn't stream to the tv the screen just went black even though I followed their instructions.
