The hotel was a really unique experience; two actual airplanes on the top of the roof, both having been turned into restaurants that provide a really exceptional atmosphere for having dinner or a drink at the bar. In additon, the two wellness areas, with the kids playground in the lower level and the airplane simulators made this an unforgettable stay for us. Especially the people running the flight simulators were so extraordinary friendly and left my kid with a two-day lasting excitement about having flown an airbus 320 in a real life (!) cockpit. The breakfast buffet was really large, and very convenient (no queues at the coffee machine, despite many people walking around), and really large tables with enough space to feel comfortable.

The hotel can be a bit tricky to reach via public transport (the bus line stops about 200m from the hotel, though), so it is much easier to get there by car. Also, the reception was mainly run by one person, who had to take care of the bar too. Those people were, despite their business and stress, really helpful and friendly, and there was absolutely nothing to complain.

The first class room really nice, spacious, brigh, well furnished, looks brand new. Small balcony with table and chairs, good for smokers. Beds are comfortable. Parking convenient, 12 euro for 24 hours convenient price for me. Brekfast very good. Spa on two floors really large, offers many facilities. Lot of beds and areas to rest. Smoking lounges next to bar in the lobby, and next to cafe in Spa.

Heating in the whole room should be better. In my bathroom the radiator couldn't be switch on, reported to the front desk, but without any result. Brakfast ends at 9. Never in my life I had similar experience in hotels. Bar at the lobby was closed before 9 pm. No place in hotel to order a drink after that. In spa textile and textile free zones are mixed, when you walk arround you are entering from one to another and back, which can be confusing.

The room was clean, and breakfast is worth having included. There are a lot of stuff to try and do, but a lot of them with additional cost.

There are a lot of additional costs even though you are already paying for your stay. Salt room, bathrobe, simulations. Parking is an additional cost, but with some sketchy pricing. It was explained to me that it cost 12e per 24h and you pay only the hours you are parked at the hotel, but even though I was not in the hotel for most of the day because I went to explore city of Gaza, I still paid full 24 hours for parking each day.

The room was big and clean and had a small fridge. The desk was set up with a writing folder equipped with all information and writing pad. I was impressed with a list of restaurants and On-Line food order options given to me by the reception after asking about dinner. Their restaurant was not open when I arrived. I think they have a Monday off policy. Very good breakfast and lunch (open buffet for both).

The bathroom was big, but the shower a bit small. I didn't have time to try out their sauna or pool facilities, but that's due to my working hours.

The rooms were spacious, and there were lots of facilities to entertain the kids. There was also a nice breakfast and the staff was really polite and welcoming.

cleaning of the room was quite poor, we did not complain since we had to stay only one night, but in the bathroom, you could see hair everywhere also stick on the walls that make it quite a dirty look and for sure poor in hygiene. If i would need to stay longer than on night i would for sure make a complaint and ask for a different room.

Breakfast has plenty of choice. Wellness on 4th floor is excellent for relaxing in peaceful atmosfere. Bar in a plane is unique expirience. The room is spacious with an excellent Nespresso coffee machine which we used a lot.

Maybe 1 or 2 degree higher temperature in Spa area, specially bz the pool on 4th floor, because the frequent opening of the external doors to the saunas can cause cold air to be felt

Hotel is not "fancy", but it is still amazing. The whole atmosphere is friendly and nice. 2 planes on the roof are very interesting. ✈️ We went to the one on the left side for coktails in the evening and both of the waiters were very friendly. Actually all the staff from the hotel was friendly and acommodating. Also the gaming room on the ground floor was nice if you travel with kids. When we will visit Graz again we will for sure stay here again.

Spa is very busy i the evenings, but i guess that is normal as it is beautiful.

We stayed just the one night. Paid a little extra for the most expensive room. It was well worth it. Staff were friendly. Large room, comfortable bed, and modern furnishings with mini fridge and coffee machine. Bathrobe, slippers, spa towels were provided too. Breakfast offered was varied. The spa was very large, with a cafe. Two excellent bars/restaurants on the top set inside the planes offer something very different and quirky. We would stay here again, and can only recommend for either couples or families. The price was very reasonable for the facilities offered.

It was around a 10 minute drive to the old town, but we knew this in advance so no complaints.

Very much enjoyed the stay. Great for families.

The staff in the hotel were great but I found the staff at the spa not so friendly. I tried to speak German with them and made a little mistake, and they didn't respond with patience and good manners.

My husband is an airplane lover so he thought the hotel was great. We both enjoyed eating dinner in the airplane and he liked sitting in the cockpit of both planes. The view from the rooftop bar was also nice. The front desk staff was helpful.

The hotel was far away from the old part of town where we wanted to go. We took a cab from there to the old city and took a bus back to the hotel in the evening. Breakfast wasn't included in the price of the room so that was a disappointment.
