A great thing about this hotel is that parking was available upon request for an additional fee, which was very convenient. Breakfast was also offered at an extra cost. A thoughtful touch: the staff adjusted the breakfast schedule to start earlier than usual on the day of the Ironman competition—very much appreciated! The staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful, available 24/7 in case of any issues. There’s also a bar and cafeteria on the ground floor where you can grab snacks or drinks at any time. We liked that the rooms were cleaned only upon request, which helps reduce environmental impact. However, a few things to note: the window in our room didn’t open fully—only a tilted (angled) opening was possible, which might be limiting if you prefer fresh air. For smokers, it’s also worth knowing that this is a non-smoking hotel, and the rooms don’t have balconies. There are, however, a few benches outside the hotel where smoking is allowed. The only other downside was the lack of a fridge in the room, which could be inconvenient for longer stays. Overall, the experience was pleasant, and we hope to return on another occasion.

Good central location I would def recommend staying here. The rooms are perfect for getting you all the basics. The breakfast is good enough for a travel hotel, There are lots of restaurants close by

I loved the hotel but really missed having a coffee machine inside the room and the coffee machine in the hotel was not available after breakfast. The lack of a small fridge was a bit disappointing.

Location was ideal for is. Also secure parking.

Parking is $15 per day. Quite expensive for sleepy Klagenfurt. There are no facilities to make drinks in your room. We arrived 2 hours early. Our room was ready, however, we would have to pay €50 to check in. An early check in fee… quite extortionate. A majority of hotels will let you check in early if it is possible with no charge! Does not warm me to the Ibis brand if this is standard practice. We went for a stroll, and sat in the reception area, until time was up. The coffee shop, attached to the hotel was not open at all during the length of our stay, the coffee machine was also not working properly in the reception/bar area.

Very well located, modern hotel in Klagenfurt. Small but comfortable rooms, spacious showers, quiet environment. Air conditioning is a bit noisy at night, but can be turned off. Parking is available in the underground car park under the hotel, free street parking from Saturday noon to weekends, there is a car park opposite the hotel, it is best to buy a parking card a few days before your trip, it is the most economical way.

The breakfast is great, but it's the same every day: after the third day it can feel a bit monotonous. For the convenience of guests, a water dispenser could be installed on the floors.

The hotel is about 15 minutes walk from the main railway station and in walking distance of all the town sights. Though it is situated on a main road, the room was soundproofed, so you were not disturbed by the traffic. The room was large and the beds comfortable. The bathroom was also a decent size. They are quite security conscious and you had to use your key card to access the different floors. The staff were friendly and efficient. At breakfast, there was plenty of choice of hot and cold food, fruit, yoghurt, etc

Breakfast was very busy. We did find out that a big concert had been held the night before in the stadium, so do not know if they are always busy at breakfast, or it was just that weekend.

Perfectly situated to visit the city, just minutes away from all attractions of the city center in Klagenfurt. We had a smaller breakfast in the coffeeshop that is located on the first floor (Erdgeschoß) right next to the reception. Great coffee and some of the best freshly baked Croissants ever. Gym is new and the room is large enough, all equipment is working and in perfect shape. Staff of the hotel and of the coffee shop very friendly.

All fine. If I had to pick one negative thing than it would be that the hallway doors could be equipped with automatic opening/closing doors. That would help when walking there with luggage and no hands free.

Helpful and kind receptionist (a slim young dark-haired man with a bard and glases). This man knows his job well and cares about the guest's satisfaction. The rooms, breakfast, location of the hotel in the center and the underground garage are excelent.

The bad exception among the good hotel staff is a second receptionist apon our arrival (a young woman with bigger glasses and braided hair). This woman only know how to smile sweetly, but does nothing for you at all. Better avoid this woman.

Excellent breakfast in airy and bright surroundings. The staff are attentive and friendly.

While it is possible to park on the street nearby for less, the fee for the underground garage beneath the hotel is still rather high (19 euros).

This accommodation is perfect. Just like the best Ibis Hotels. It's in a great location, on the edge of downtown. The city center is only 2-minutes walk away. Altough there is no fridge in the room, there are a good bar in the hall and a great coffee corner downstairs. And if you forgat to bring something with you or need anything, there is a Billa 1 minute from Hotel. Kind and helpful staff, cleanliness, although small, but practical rooms with spacious bathrooms, preparation of mineral water in the room, comfortable beds, great breakfast, where we even received gluten-free buns at our request! Thank you! We would be happy to choose it again anytime!

I think all the hotels in Klagenfurt are a bit overpriced. Especially because parking is paid and is not included in the price. But this can be easily solved if you choose the nearby (3-minute walk) MesseParkplatz parking place, where 24-hour parking is only 6.60.

After completing the stay, their system was down, so I was unable to pay the taxes and parking fees. They asked me to provide them with an email so they could send me the invoice so I could transfer the money to them, which is completely unprofessional behavior on their part. There is no safety box or refrigerator in the room.
