General: This is my second stay at Hotel Bank in Kiseljak. I booked two rooms/apartments for me and my family (the pictures are of "Deluxe Double Room", see my previous review of last year regarding a "Deluxe King Room"). I always enjoy being in this hotel. Already, when you enter the hotel you sense its cleanliness and that beautiful smell/perfume in the reception area. Staff: We were received with a warm welcome and smile by Maja who later on also reacted immediately to two needs/wishes by us. She has been so professional with a unique personal/human touch. Rooms: The rooms were superb. They were very comfortable, well-equipped and clean. They were cleaned every day and the towels were changed on a daily basis. The price to value is very good.

* It would have been good if it was possible to adjust the room temperature and override the central temperature/air conditioning system. In the second part of September, it was during our stay already Autumn weather in Kiseljak. * The water in the bathroom could be a little bit hotter. The pressure should be a little bit stronger.

The room was very clean, well furnished, and a real NON-Smoker one. The bed was comfortable and the bath also spacious. The breakfast concept is very interesting: the guests don't have a staff in the dining room. The staff comes from time to time to refill. One day, I saw the breakfast available also till 10:30. After 4 days of staying, the Joa's staff were very kind to wash AND iron my clothes and place them back into my clothes cabinet. Parking possibilities are available in front of the hotel, in the backyard and on the street sides beside some parking slots with a door/lock!

The internet at night, when all the guests come back, is overloaded and slow. The clothes cabinet can be divided with some shelves. The breakfast was really delicious and enough. After 3 - 4 days, you feel that it could be more diversified!

Sve Superb. The hotel exceeded each time my expectation. It began with a friendly welcome by the staff at the reception. All the staff of the hotel is friendly! The room was very very clean and comfortable. I liked very much the parfum smell in the room. It has a beautifull design! Parking was always easy, breakfast delcious and Wlan speed is good. Hotel Bank is my choice always when I am in the area of the capitel.

Absolutely perfect place for short stay in Kiseljak. New hotel on the bank of the river Lepenica in the centre of Kiseljak. Spotless, with very nice modern interior, lovely rooms and really GREAT and friendly staff. Without any doubt this place deserves grade 10 out of 10. Very recommended!

Everything was really perfect!

As it was my first time in Kiseljak and at this hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's solid international standard. The atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming, and I particularly appreciated the thoughtfully chosen interior design, materials, and colour scheme. Everything felt harmonious and calming – a very pleasant stay.

Hotel Bank offers a simple yet satisfying accommodation experience. The rooms are fairly sized—comfortable enough for a restful stay without feeling cramped. Furnishings are practical and clean, the staff are consistently excellent and polite, and the location near the river is a bonus.

We went to a concert in Kiseljak and this was a very convenient option for us. The hotel is at the very centre, near restaurants, bars, supermarkets and any other amenities. It is brand new, very clean and comfortable and it had everything we needed. We particularly liked the comfortable bed and nice bathroom. The staff is very friendly. Unfortunately, we did not have any time for the breakfast, as we left very early. We would recommend the hotel to others.

The room was quite dark.

++location in center-mineral water park and shops in close proximity,very welcoming staff,comfy bed,good breakfast -parking area too small,area around has space,but 4 parking lots in front of hotel are too less. Missed a kettle in room and interieur rather dark

The hotel is new and clean, the staff is very kind. Towels were changed daily. There was no noise, so we could sleep peacefully! Breakfast very diverse and plentiful

There was dust and many spiders in my room!

Centrally located. Near the cafes, restaurants, bus station, and city offices. Perfect for any type of traveler. The breakfast was very good.
