Everyone is very welcoming and helpful. We arrived early and they allowed us to leave our luggage at the front desk while we walked around so we didn't have to lug them around. Once our room was ready they took it up to our room. It's right on a strip of Ilidža with a few stores, cafes and bars. They also had their own restaurant the food was amazing and we enjoyed sitting in the restaurant drinking coffee. They have good food for breakfast. The location was definitely the best it was close to the tram so you can take it into the city of Sarajevo and sightsee and shop. The room was specious we had the family deluxe room that connected with the other room that our kids were staying in. One of the other rooms that we had had a bunch of windows that showed an amazing view of Ilidža. The mini fridge had drinks and chocolate bars to enjoy for only 2km per drink or candy which was not bad. Housekeeping made the bed and gave us fresh towels daily. Overall it was a great place to stay and I would go back and recommend it to family and friends.

I like really hot water to shower so the first few days I took showers that were a bit cold to my liking but they turned it up once I asked. It would have also been nice to have a microwave to heat up leftovers 😀 and even though we were not in our room as much a smart TV to unwind with have been nice. My stay was still amazing but this would have been the cherry on top.

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room itself was clean and nicely furnished, the bed was comfortable and very nice to sleep in. My room had everything I would need, and I felt super comfortable staying there. I was worried that it would be noisy at night, but I didn't have any issue with noise - the window was soundproof enough that I didn't hear anything from outside.

The breakfast, unfortunately, was a bit of a let-down. The booking profile showed an incredibly rich buffet breakfast, which I was so much looking forward to, that it was half the reason I booked the hotel, but when I got there, it was just a menu of pre-set breakfast portion options. It wasn't bad in any case, but the profile did set up unreasonably high expectations that were not matched.

The staff at the Orange Hotel were attentive and helpful. The rooms we booked were comfortable and clean. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options; meat eggs, bread, and cereal. The location of the Orange Hotel is excellent for shopping and eating. We enjoyed walks in the neighborhood and along the river. The overall experience was great.

A drawback was the lack of hot water the evening we arrived. Although it was quickly addressed, it took overnight for the boiler to warm the water for showers. One other issue was the "fresh" orange water, had been left too long and was rancid. Both of these things were addressed and fixed as quickly as possible.

I would recommend this hotel to anybody, the staff is amazing they're very welcoming and very helpful. They allowed us to keep our luggage at the front desk when we showed up early, we showed up about 2 hours early and were worried about having to walk around with our luggage but they allowed us to keep it at the front desk while we walked around and enjoyed ourselves. The location of this hotel is the best within walking distance to restaurants cafes and even the tram.

The proximity to the airport is a huge plus if you are staying here because of your flight. Since the hotel is located in the centre of Ilidža,you will be close to everything, from shopping centres to restaurants and pharmacies, as well as tram/bus station and taxi stands. Room is spacious and clean, breakfast is up to the standard.

If you are sensitive to sounds, beware that the airport is nearby, and so are pubs. I was, however, expecting this, and came prepared with earplugs. The room (as in almost every other hotel) was warm, AC did nothing, I had to open the window and let in some air and some unfortunate smells (a lot of food places around, smells do come in).

Cozy hotel, excellent breakfast, great location, but the real gemm of this hotel is the staff. They are all professional, helpful and friendly. I'd like to especially thank the lady on the reception for really try all and her best to help us with some documents issue, she really looks after her guests. This is what makes a home away from home while visiting the amazing Sarajevo.

Very friendly staff, we had to leave for airport super early and couldn't make it to breakfast, so they arranged for lunch boxes for us (btw they were very nice). Room was very spacious (though a bit weird with windows all around). Comfy bed, clean bathroom.

There's already some wear and tear in the room, though the hotel doesn't seem that old. Parking is quite a walk away and not very easily found. We had to call the hotel and they had someone guide us.

Spacious room, the lady on the front desk was very kind. Located in a vital area where cafes and restaurants. Breakfast is good.

Only the noise and music coming from cafes down the street until midnight. And no parking area which is not available near the hotel, even your driver when drops you off or picks you up it’s a bit unpleasant…

Its hard to find with navigation, parking is short walk away, but staff excellent and helpful. If the patking was near the hotel, it would be a complete 10.
