Very friendly staff. Everybody I met was very helpful and kind. It was my very first time in BiH, I liked it and will come back for sure.

Unfortunately the coffee machine for breakfast did not brew any standard coffee. It was not a good coffee: Nor cappuccino nor 'Wiener Kaffee'. Please get a new machine for next time. High standard hotel needs a high standard coffee machine. Even our gas stations have better coffee machines gor sure. Thank you! 😉

Everything was great—huge and modern rooms, daily cleaners, no smoking. We stayed from 28th Dec till 2nd Jan - it was warm in the hotel. Breakfast was included. It was tasty. A sauna, steam bath, tepidarium, jacuzzi, and pool were included. The spa zone is modern and clean. There are billiards on the 6th floor and a climbing wall. There are two restaurants and a shopping center. The parking is free for hotel visitors and has a few levels. The wi-fi is fast and works stable. Will stay here again. I recommend this place.

Nothing. I just would like to mention that the second restaurant in the hotel could have more service. I mean the restaurant is quite big, however, there were only 3 waiters, they were hard-working and in a rush and sometimes service time was longer than expected.

Lovely friendly staff, beautiful clean rooms. We had delicious dinner at the hotel restaurant and waiter Belmin was very helpful.

This is a really nice, clean and modern hotel. The rooms were a good size, we had two rooms that had a connecting door which we were able to have unlocked which was perfect for our family. The beds were comfy and the bathroom nice. The shower was perfect. We also really liked the breakfast choices. The location is good too, we stayed the night before a flight home, it's 30mins to Sarajevo airport on the motorway. Visoko itself is a lovely town, lots of leather shops, a nice walk on the river (we had also visited in August the same year but stayed elsewhere).

The only negative was that the room was too warm for us. The aircon is turned off in winter (We stayed October 31) and instead the heating is on. The reception desk was able to turn the heating off in our room but it was still quite warm (mobile phone thermometer suggested 24 degrees). We unfortunately didn't realize the windows opened until the morning. Although street noise would prevent you from having it open overnight. I would suggest keeping the aircon on and allowing guests to choose if they would like their room warm or cool, there are guests from different climates.

The breakfast was amazing and until 11 a.m. which is great so you can have a SPA session in the morning before breakfast. Everything went smooth from check in til check out. The facilities seem brand new and in great shape, great temperature in the finnish sauna and in the steam bath, the pool has a balcony where you can go outside. We had a very relaxing stay.

There is one thing I did not like: There are air fresheners all over the hotel and they are working overtime, the sweet floral smell is so strong that it made me nauseous.

Whole hotel is brand new, located in the center of Visoko. It has restaurant, café, spa, pool and shopping mall. Rooms are cozy and clean, bathroom has wonderful shampoos and lotions collection (brand Rituals). Staff is friendly and there is parking behind the hotel.

Everything was excellent. Just few more vegan or vegetarian options for breakfast and in the restaurant would be great.

Vema is new, contemporary, modern hotel and an excellent location if you want to visit the Bosnian pyramid or Sarajevo. The hotel is clean and has spa facilities and pool, which is excellent for relaxation after long day of traveling or sight visiting.

Beautiful, clean, great customer services and above all fantastic spa facilities! Great location! Close to Sarajevo and super close to pyramids! Rooms are specious and comfortable, staff is excellent and all shopping just few steps away! Highly recommended!

This is one of the best hotels in Bosnia and Herzegovina with great facilities. It's great for weekend getaways since it has a pool, spa, climbing rock, shopping center and the star of the show: restaurant! The food is delicious, quickly prepared and affordable. I go to this hotel whenever I need a short relaxing getaway.

Sobe - odlične, prozračne, čiste, krevet udoban. Doručak - fenomenalan ! Usluge i servisi - Odlično, spa, bazen, jacuzzi sve je vrhunski. Parking osiguran u podzemnoj garaži. Osoblje je prijatno, susretljivo i cjelokupni dojam o hotelu i uslugama je na najvišem nivou.

Sve je bilo odlično, bez zamjerke !
