Staff was wonderful. Helped me with calling taxis, changed a bit of money for me when I needed it for a taxi. Breakfasts were plentiful and good. Also, very pleasant neighborbood to walk in the evening, up the hill behind the hotel.

Not close enough to walk to downtown, but taxis weren't difficult to get. Restaurant next door is good.

Nice, big and clean room, good size bathroom with big shower. Hotel is on the main road, but it was reasonably quiet. Staff was fantastic, polite and very helpful Good location if you are staying on business purposes, close to the airport, city center is 4 km.

Helpful staff ,specially Adisa and Emina for their guidance to any query. Mirela for her kind gesture at the breakfast table every morning. Location was away but it helped to be away from the busy city centre. Good amount of parking space availability.

Missing restaurant, as the property is located away from city centre but staff was really helpful to guide us.

The hotel was unexpectedly good: solid facilities, very very pleasant and friendly staff. We stayed at a few different accommodations during our trip, and the friendliness and helpfulness of staff in this place beat all others.

One down side was no available food in the facilities besides breakfast. There was no option to eat lunch or dinner.

That in booking.com I reserved single room but I paid for double because in booking.com there was a price for single which when I was in the hotel I found out its the price for double. I even have photos of the price list.

Comfort, all the facilities needed, and VFM. Was a bit of a distance from city centre. But cheap and reliable trolley bus service meant that was easily accessible.

The personnel is outstanding. The room is simple but adequate and clean. Overall, it was a good stay, the personnel is friendly and helpful, which makes up for any shortfalls.

The only thing to improve is the TV. Very limited number of channels and no news channels 😕

Hotel is relatively new, but perfectly maintained. All facilities are impeccable. Rooms are big. Breakfast is decent. Espresso is served (upon request) free of charge for the breakfast.

I only had one pillow (I could probably get another one if I asked). Late checkout was not easy to obtain (asked three times and finally got only one hour which was inutile) although hotel didn't seam to be fully booked at all. After hours arrival can get a bit rough. I came after midnight on the first night. Hotel was closed, and there is no door bell. I knocked, nobody responded. Finally, I,had to call the reception to get a man open the door for me.

Fabulous service from the reception. Room was very clean and organized.

Please provide a box of facial tissue toothbrush and toothpaste. You can increase the rent $2_$3 if needed but please include these basic items.

Located a long way from centre. Need to catch public transport, bus is close and easy to catch but very crowded. Not a lot of food potions close by.
