The location of the hotel is excellent and very close to many attraction sites, although we found the place with little bit difficulty because no obviouse bold signs present at the hotel or surroundings. The receptionist (Ajela and Malika) were friendly, smiling and offer good guide information about the city

The room was in the second floor and there was no lift in the hotel (which make it inconvenient for old people or those who have bone and joint problems). The breakfast is keeping the same every morning. The check out was early at 11 am and didn't agree to offer longer time. (Which make it not suitable for those whom their flight at night).

The location is great, right in the center. The service was excellent. If you need a taxi, ask at reception, they’ll get you a much better price so you don’t overpay, they’re also happy to help and recommend the best places to visit in Sarajevo. The views from the window to the mosque in the morning were just perfect.

The only downside was some noise at night, but that’s normal since it’s so central, nothing that stops you from sleeping.

Although the street is busy, hotel itself is relatively quiet. Kindness of the staff exceeded all expectations! I was given free access to the private garage where I parked my motorbike. Location is great, merely 50 meters from Bas Carsija!

In the busy street you cannot offload your car, lack of convenient parking although the hotel has an agreement with nearby parking for a cheaper charge. The same problem exsists with all other hotels in the area

The staff at the hotel were super friendly, helpful and responsive. Reception wasn't physically staffed all day, but in truth I found the service far more pro-active than I've experienced at hotels with 24/7 staffing. Breakfast was uncomplicated with an excellent range of options. We couldn't ask for a better location, and the room size was perfect for the length of our stay. Everything was superbly clean, and the room refreshed daily. We would definitely consider staying here again when we return to Sarajevo.

While the bed was organised as a double, it was actually two singles pushed together. We've stayed in similar beds in other hotels, and I'm not sure what was done different (maybe something to do with the height or using two smaller sheets?) but the beds seemed to move apart during the night leaving an awkward gap. They were comfy mattresses though! A few extra tea-bags in the room would be great too. There are great coffee places nearby, but it's nice to have the option to stay in the room.

It is a small family-cozy hotel near tourist attractions, and also very functional for my needs during my business trip. I received full support from the airport transfer, including the planning of my online conference. It was difficult to find it along the main street due to the lack of a signboard, as it is located in the historic city center of Sarajevo.

Perfect place for stay! Location is the best, Mei and staff are so polite and there 24 hours in case if you need anything. Secure parking is 3 minutes by walking, as well As all museums, restaurant, bars! They have garden just on the main walking street where we took coffee after breakfast (we choose more expensiwe room with breakfast!). It is the best place for stay in Sarajevo, direct on Bascarsia old square.

The property was located right in the middle of Sarajevo. Everything was 3-5 mins walking distance. The staff were so so so amazing that if it was not for them I don’t think I would have enjoyed my stay. They truly were warm and welcoming and gave me great tips as a first time traveler to Sarajevo.

The bathrooms were just a little small.

What a wonderful hotel. The hotel was very clean and the room was very spacious. The hotel is in the heart of the old town and in walking distance to the small shops and restaurants. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They arranged the airport transfers for me which took away that extra stress of getting to the airport.

Excellently located, 2 mins walk from main old town pedestrian artery; spacious room, clean; very conveniently near tram stop. Very friendly and warm staff.

The check-in arrangements are unconventional but as long as you are in communication with the hotel this is easily enough resolved.

Great location. The room was comfortable, sufficiently spacious, and clean! We felt comfortable here the moment we walked in. Nice to have a balcony, and also a desk. Bathroom well-equipped and shower is small but had hot water and nice spray and pressure.

The main complaint is that the double bed was two twin mattresses in a double bed frame, but they didn't fit perfectly, so there was space for the mattresses to slide apart. Wifi could be a bit slow at times. It was fine for general use but if you're doing work that requires fast wifi consistently, you might get a bit frustrated.
