Magnificent sea view from our room.

No kettle in the room so unable to make tea. Only a Nespresso machine and the hotel charges R$11 per capsule. Bed was a bit uncomfortable. Breakfast was below average.

The breakfast was a highlight for sure, offered a great variety of food selection, even though some of the food did not suit our appetite, but in general we enjoyed the breakfast. Secondly, the location was fantastic, copacabana beach was just in touching distance with just a 2 minutes walk, within the surrounding area there are also some top rated restaurants next to the hotel if you decided to dine out.

Overall, I think the decoration and facilities are a bit dated, a revamp would certainly help to improve the hotel's outlook. In terms of cleanliness, I have to say I was a little bit disappointed given that it was rated quite highly online, because my bed linen was not even clean as soon as i entered the room. There were hairs and little bugs(or some sort) inside bedding, and also hairs in mutiple spots of the toilet.

Love the rooftop pool area. Breakfast was superb, and the staff was extremely attentive and helpful. Lovely walk-in shower reasonable water pressure. I booked a cheaper room, which i regretted not having a view at all. I commend your staff, from reception, doorman to restaurant, excellent, and they exceeded my expectations.

Bed a little creaky and roll in, but as a solo guest, I just slept in .the middle, but this could affect a couple. I was so exhausted each day after activities and heat that I slept well. The bathroom window was open a tiny bit when I arrived. Reminder to shut it or ac will be affected even when just open a peep.. No tea/coffee facilities in the room. I like my 5am coffee before breakfast. The fabric chair in the room was grubby 1119. I spent only a little time in the room, so it didn't affect my overall stay, just a small detail, which would make it better.

We liked the service the most, everyone was really friendly and tried to help when having questions. The Hotel was not exactly like the pictures, but it was also not a big surprise and completely different. Its not European standard if someone is expecting that but its a great place to stay, clean, great location, very good service and the best fruits for breakfast, also other things but the fruits were most amazing for us.

Small Gym & Pool, if you like to have big workout facilities. We did not care about the pool as the beach is not even 5 minutes away but maybe someone else needs to know.

The rooftop pool is gorgeous and has a little bar. Copacobana is directly across the street. Watching the sun set over the water from the rooftop is magical. The hotel room was large, clean, had air conditioning that I could control, and the bed was comfortable.The breakfast had a lot of options. They stored my luggage for me. The small gym has a treadmill and some weights.

The breakfast is very carb heavy, and the scrambled eggs were runny. It would be great to have natural yoghurt and better egg options. The blanket was only a thin sheet. It gets very hot(I was there in January), but with the air con, I would have preferred a more comfortable blanket. The receptionist didn't seem too happy to see me.

Great location and good value. We were given a room prior to check-in time & granted a late check-out which was appreciated. Breakfast was quite good. Staff spoke very good English & were helpful. AC worked well & it was nice that the window opens. Great ocean view!

The room was clean upon arrival but daily housekeeping did not include cleaning. Removed garbage, new towels & made the bed. The bed was a bit too firm. We could not figure out how to get the TV to screen share. Brighter lighting in the bathroom would be nice.

Everything. Unfortunately I didn't get the chance to have dinner at their restaurant. Room was a bit dated but it's overlooking Copacabana's beach and promenade, so it's hard not to like. Bed was comfortable but I noticed there's some small insects just outside the bathroom but it didn't bother me at all. Maybe they need to do some regular spray. Breakfast was yummy and have a great selection and all the staff are super helpful & friendly. Views from the swimming pool are to die for. I wish I could afford to stay at the Copacabana Palace next door, but Windsor Excelsior was good enough for me 😘 Bravo Rio 😘

The location was fantastic, close to restaurants, bars, beach, etc. Room was nice and clean and cleaned daily. Breakfast was outstanding, the choice of food was great, the waiting staff keep topping up food, service was great. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

There was a problem with the room, we were given a twin when we specifically asked for a double. This was soon rectified when we mentioned it. Sunbeds were metal and plastic, they were hard, maybe thin mattresses can be provided to make them more comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Breakfast is amazing, with lots of varieties of bread ,cakes and fruits. Coffee is also very nice. The location is perfect for the beach lovers ( right in front) . The room is big and comfortable.

The restaurant in the evening was a disappointment as we ordered meat (picanha and filet mignon) and the meat didn't meet our expectations... The picanha was hard to chew and the filet mignon on top of being hard, was sweet :-( (maybe the chef put sugar instead of salt). Unfortunately we needed to sent the plates back, however the staff (waiters) were very kind and cancelled the meals for us. The "chef" should improve a lot..

While there was both gym and a swimming pool on the roof (with a great view of Copacabana Beach), the pool was actually very small and the gym fairly limited in its equipment, some of which wasn’t working at all during our day. Our other main complaint was that water was only available in very small (330ML) plastic bottles, rather than in glass bottles or even larger size plastic bottles, even to purchase. This is not sustainable.
