Honestly, above our expectations, very welcoming, layed out nicely , staff were friendly and knowledgeable even though we had rare occasions to need there service's . The entire facility just worked well ! The room was clean and modern with any convenience you could need . Great pool and hot tub lots of towels and a fast water slide !. Location to restaurants, coffee , hyway, and town is very convenient. 20 mins to Calaway Park and 25 to Olympic park for Karting and downhill biking , turn right and head to Banff. Awesome breakfast included .Price as everything these days seems higher than we prefer but will gladling return because of how everything just worked perfectly. When you don't really see our need the service's of the Hotel staff that's testament to a very well organized business! Kudos ! PS also loved the 68 or 69 Plymouth Satalite that was parked outside : ) Don't usually right reviews , but this one is well deserved.

About a 50 % increase in accommodation costs since 2020 . The America's wide .

Modern new hotel with all the mod cons. Really liked the new smart tv. Bathroom was clean and bright and the couch and bed were really comfortable. The location in Cochrane is nice and quiet despite all the construction in the area

Would've liked a safe in the room to lock up the laptop and other items when not around. Although to be fair I wasn't too worried with the lock on the stairwell and the general area being nice. It is the most expensive hotel in the area but you do get what you pay for

Free breakfast is offered daily. The rooms are very clean and the location was close to a couple of restaurants, within easy walking distance.

I wasn't very happy with the room rate. I realise that this was during the Calgary Stampede but charging elite hotel rates 40 km away from the Stampede seems a little like gouging to me. :( For what it's worth, I've stayed before when the fair wasn't going on. The prices were nowhere this steep.

Very new hotel in a great location for accessing the mountains. Proximity to an off leash area is also great when travelling with a dog. The facilities are new and very clean, comfortable, and spacious. The breakfast is very good.

Like every hotel near the Rockies in high season, it's more expensive than I'd be used to paying for a room of this sort. That said, fair value for the location.

Rooms were really nice and modern. Bed was extremely comfortable. Everything was clean and bright. Really enjoyed the room and hotel. Wifi worked great and the modern tv was a nice bonus. This hotel costs a little more compared to others on this strip but really delivers in quality

Zero complaints

I was pleasantly surprised to show up to a very well kept, clean hotel with high end finishes. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash were on the wall so you didn’t have to worry about the tiny bottles and throwing out so many, much more environmentally sustainable.

Rooms were comfortable, breakfast was great!

Sent email to do Express check in online. Thought we would save time and enter all our info just to find it we had to do all over again when we got here. Not convenient at all!! Also no pool or hot tub as advertised in descriptions of hotel!!

Breakfast was good but the same every day

Lighting in the bathroom was to bright for early in the morning. Need a separate lower lumens light so when getting up in the middle of the night its not to bright.

The staff was so friendly and nice to deal with. The breakfast was amazing and made the price all worth it. The pool and hot tub were great.

Some minor cleaning was needed. Coffee machines were very dirty (unusable) and the bed had some crumbs in it.

Heating/cooling unit very noisy throughout the night, continually switching on and off. Couldn't turn it off via thermostat.
