Honestly, my stay at this hotel exceeded all expectations. The room was spotlessly clean, which I really appreciated. There were plenty of pillows (finally!), great quality bedding, and lots of fresh towels—small things, but they made a big difference. I’ve stayed at other hotels in the same price range and category, and this one was definitely a level above. The staff were also super welcoming. At check-in, they even let me choose between a room with a mountain view or one facing the forest, which was such a nice touch. All in all, a really pleasant and comfortable stay. I’d happily come back!

The only minor downsides were the slightly slow Wi-Fi and a quirky toilet flush 😄 —but honestly, those didn’t ruin the experience at all. I’d just love to see liquid coffee creamer available—that would be a nice little upgrade!

In general, nice hotel with a pool. The bed was comfortable. We asked for extra blankets and they were provided. There are restaurants close to the location. Nice breakfast and polite staff.

If you come later for the breakfast - there might be very little or nothing left. It will be refilled, but might need to wait. Just consider this if you need to leave at certain time. In our room WI-FI signal was weak. Used our mobile internet most of the time.

Very easy to find, and great location, near a great restaurant. I was pleasantly surprised to find Dove products in the bathroom, and a shower cap, it was a very nice touch ! The bed was very comfortable, and I also liked having the outlets directly on to the bedside lamps. The breakfast buffet was complete, fruit juice, coffee, cereals, bread, eggs, sausage and hashbrowns

The wifi. Worst WiFi i have seen in a while, couldn't connect to the internet most of the time. I keep in touch with friends and family via the Wifi as an international traveler, so that was disappointing. Also the hashbrowns for breakfast were dry and just plain not good, would not recommend, I could not finish them

Overall, a pleasant experience. A nice quiet room, fully up to expectations. Breakfast was excellent, beds were very comfortable.

The TV was not tuned in to receive any channels, and we complained to Darwin at the front desk, and he immediately returned with us and made an attempt to fix it, to no avail. Such an accommodating, delightful person, he ushered us to a room across the hall, which was a lovely suite. Great stay, thank you, Darwin!!

Clean hotel. Beds were comfy. Good location

Update the bathroom, toilet seat needed to be replaced and the sink was partially plugged. Nothing too terrible but for the price I expect those kinds of things to be dealt with before guests need to complain. Some small maintenance in our bathroom would definitely improve my rating. The breakfast looked like it would have been great but we had a short time to eat and most of the options were empty and not refilled before we needed to leave.

Room was a great size and having a microwave was a nice bonus. Breakfast was more than we expected and very tasty. Location was perfect to explore Golden by foot as we arrived by bus and there were many food places around. Staff helpful with the purchase of discounted Skybridge tickets. Bed and pillows were quite good in comparison to the many other hotels we had stayed in over 2mths. Scenery spectacular.

This is a personal preference as I like tea and having to make a cup through a coffee machine well it doesn't taste too good and using a paper cup in a microwave not too good either. Just having a jug makes more sense. Having a choice of a much firmer pillow would have been nice as well. The taxi service is very limited and was very expensive to get to the Skybridge and Wolf sancturary, we would recommend having a car for these experiences.

The room was well appointed, clean, TV worked, air conditioning was a little complex because it was a wall unit under the window with a panel but controlled by a wall thermostat. Had the usual bar fridge, kuerig and microwave. Bathroom small but clean. Breakfast was good a buffet , make it yourself toast, scrambled egg, sausage. Coffee,tea, milk, yogurt. Saves going out before you check out.

It was not the suite upgrade Booking told me I was getting, just a room next to the elevator. Room was quiet mostly, but next to the elevator, the hall noise is noticeable . We slept well.but air conditioning was a little breezy, needed pillow barrier to keep warm in bed, but air was necessary due to outside temperature.

Staff friendly and professional hotel extremely clean and comfortable

Access west bound easy but on exit to returb east need long u turn, toilet too low room showing its age, breakfast ok but basic and no fresh fruit or waffles or pancakes better price than around banff but high for its style

Parking. Easy check in . Breakfast lots of choices. Fresh . Room clean could smell the bleach on sheets .

Shower cold , hot water supply low . Saw 2 hot water heaters being delivered before we checked out . Elevator noisy . 3rd floor which was great, could hear kids running down the halls and doors closing .

Spacious Jacuzzi suite. Lots of hot water to fill the jacuzzi. Separate heat/ac unit and controls for bedroom area and living room. Very quiet. Couldn’t hear Road noise or other guests even though there was a tour bus load staying there. Older hotel, but clean and fresh paint. Very very comfortable bed. Basic complimentary breakfast. Eggs, sausage, potatoes, toast. No pancakes or waffles. Lots of easy parking.

Only improvement might be smart tv.
