The rooms were nice and cozy! Bed was comfortable, pillows were nice given that I’m used to pillows in hotels that are terrible, the location of the building was great, super easy to find, lots of food and stores within 5 minutes of the property, the location was quiet. Overall it was a place to stay for the cost for a couple of nights.

It’s a bit outdated, I didn’t expect it to be as nice as it was as pictures of the rooms online are definitely outdated! The shower head is definitely outdated and the water temperature was weird as it always fluctuates from hot to cold and didn’t stay overly consistent. The computer desk chair was also ragged and falling apart.

The hotel and room were clean and quiet, and the bed was comfortable. The desk manager couldn't have been nicer; he even carried my bag to my room.

The ice machine was absent, and the top layer was peeling from the desk chair in the room. And there was no coffeemaker in the room, which meant I would have had to get dressed and go downstairs to the lobby to get my morning coffee. Fortunately, I brought my own instant coffee so I heated water in the microwave to make a cup.

The beds were very comfortable. The hotel is older but it has been updated somewhat. We had a fridge and microwave, as well, which was convenient with a family. Parking was very handy for unloading. Restaurants were close by, some even within walking distance.

The electrical plugs do need to be replaced, most of them would not hold an electrical cord. Towels were a little on the thin side. But otherwise we managed quite fine with everything as it was.

Great location, and very quiet. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve ever come across. The absolute highlight was the gentleman that checked me in. I think he may have been the manager/owner (?). An incredibly lovely human that clearly loves what he does and is proud of the facility.

It was a nice private room with a single queen-size bed. Although we weren't allowed to do any cooking in the room, there are plenty of food options within a 5-minute walk of our door. They were also very accommodating and accepting of our little dog :)

The Experience was not worth almost 300$ for one night, but it was only inflated because we went through Booking.com. We should have called the facility ourselves instead of trusting a third-party website for a discounted rate.

It was like I was staying in a Swiss village. The warm welkommen from the international desk clerk, the "toot toot" of the railway every 30 minutes as it winds it way up through the mountain village; an experience I'm so glad I didn't miss. The whole experience was like a dream.

There's not enough space here to capture all the negatives. Rude, run down, typical international owned sh*thole.

Convenient location for having breakfast in the morning- lots of options available

Lots of mosquitoes in the area so have to be careful while opening the door in the evening. Internet was very bad almost no service most of the time.

the room was OK, what we expected, the real bonus was the actual functioning sauna. the hot tub was good but not hot enough,

many people sit outside the rooms and smoke and drink, smell gets in the room, plus noisy at night

The room was exceptionally clean. All white bedding & new laminate flooring.

This is no fault of the hotel but the person in the room above us had a very heavy foot (walking around alot) and it kept me awake until about 1 a.m.

The Philipino man at the front desk was amazing. I'm waiting for hip surgery and couldn't do the stairs, and he gave me a beautiful suite on the main level. I appreciated that more than you can imagine.

Nothing, it was fantastic. Great bath, excellent sleep, great location, amazing price.
