It was a nice private room with a single queen-size bed. Although we weren't allowed to do any cooking in the room, there are plenty of food options within a 5-minute walk of our door. They were also very accommodating and accepting of our little dog :)

The Experience was not worth almost 300$ for one night, but it was only inflated because we went through Booking.com. We should have called the facility ourselves instead of trusting a third-party website for a discounted rate.

It was like I was staying in a Swiss village. The warm welkommen from the international desk clerk, the "toot toot" of the railway every 30 minutes as it winds it way up through the mountain village; an experience I'm so glad I didn't miss. The whole experience was like a dream.

The Philipino man at the front desk was amazing. I'm waiting for hip surgery and couldn't do the stairs, and he gave me a beautiful suite on the main level. I appreciated that more than you can imagine.

Nothing, it was fantastic. Great bath, excellent sleep, great location, amazing price.

Staff was very friendly. Requested hair dryer and the staff brought it right away to the suite. Place is comfy and clean. It is very peaceful and quiet. Location is close to central town of Golden. You can walk to places of food like Tim Hortons, restaurants along the river. I had a very restful time at the place.

Easy check-in/out. Friendly staff. Clean room, comfy bed, partially updated room with new flooring (no carpets).

Curtains were showing their age in places and the outside room door had definitely seen better days BUT the inside of the same door was fine.

Clean, comfortable bed, good hot shower, smoke detector working, decent size room, all fixtures and decor in good condition. The hot tub was nice for soaking sore muscles after a ski day.

One of the chairs was scary almost fell off . Water pressure in shower was too low. No elevator if you're not very mobile try to get a ground floor room.

It was perfect for our stay. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, and there were plenty of amenities. We would stay here again. It's a great stay for the price.

The TV channels would be out only complaint.

The price through Expedia appealed to us and we were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the room. The ease with which we were able to access WIFI. And the beds were very, comfortable!!

The hot tub was not hot for several hours after opening. We were disappointed and wish the staff had it warmed up before opening.
