Great hotel in Port Alberni! The staff was extremely helpful, loved the 24hr front desk, and also we were bringing in fish and they helped keep it frozen in the hotel freezers for the duration of our stay. Our itinerary was quite busy, but the indoor pool and jacuzzi also looked very nice.

This is a small quibble, but I wish the showerheads could be moved or adjusted.

Some furnishings were older and slightly worn but still functional and clean - the outside of the building is in need of some TLC and doesn't reflect the upgrades made inside - don't let the outward appearance stop you from staying here. Would definitely stay here again.

An older building that has been well-updated, with computer ports in the rooms, plus microwave and refrigerator. Staff was most helpful, including giving us extra coffee packets for the room coffee machine. When I came out early in the morning to go for a run, the desk attendant asked if I would like to use the gym.

No breakfast.

Very friendly reception, and quiet hotel. Very clean and lots of parking area. Good wifi. Definitly recomend this hotel.

Never before I was informed, either by booking.com or by the hotel that a $100 deposit had to be made at the checkin, although the same would the returned after checkout. In fact, minutes after checkout the reimbursement of the $100 was made.

Lovely large quiet room, very clean and all the expected amenities. Very nice breakfast buffet with good variety, nice environment, good staff. Very good value for the $9.99 charge. Great, friendly, helpful staff, small but nice lobby with comfortable chairs and a pretty fireplace.

The soap at the bathroom sink had been taken out of its wrapper and appeared to have been used by the previous client. Wrapper had been left on the counter.

The hotel was quiet and clean. The room was super comfortable and had everything we needed. We've stayed in several hotels on this trip and this has been our favourite.

The only downfall was not having a breakfast or restaurant option on location.

It was very convenient as we hadn’t been able to reach our destination due to poor weather. The front of house staff, plus cleaning staff, were so welcoming, professional and helpful. They made a difficult situation much easier

I would have liked a kettle in the bedroom.

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. We just spent one night and were up and gone early in the morning. The bed was comfortable. The hotel is a little tired-looking, but it was everything we needed.

the Hospitality Inn was easy to find with lots of parking. The room was comfortable and the bed great. There was a big water urn with icy lemon water in the lobby where guest could help themselves. We really appreciated it.

The air condition unit was old and very noisy, but did the job. Unfortunately the pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance during our stay.

The beds were so comfortable. I have trouble getting comfortable and they were perfect. It was a nice quiet location. Staff were all pleasant and happy to help.
