I have stayed at this property many times, it has different management now but is largely the same place I remember. Some of the staff have returned so we recognized each other. The breakfast has choices and is well presented. Check in and out are efficient, the airport shuttle came and went as it should. I like staying at this location, I have decades of experience staying here and will stay here again.

I think some supervision of housekeeping would be helpful, I saw a couple of things which I am sure were just not noticed the way mistakes sometimes get by us. The room rate was increased because of increased demand, I disagree with this practice; every other hotel was also doing this.

The breakfast was like every other hotel, eggs, bacon, bagels, croissants, yogurt, juices, coffee, spreads and butter. It was delicious! The staff were very friendly, I believe I got a bed upgrade as my current room they had down for me was not ready yet. My partner and I arrived around 9 am aswell! Was not expecting any room at that time but they really accompanied to us. Very kind staff and very comfortable stay.

Would have enjoyed some other known breakfast dishes ex. Sausage, hashbrown, waffles, pancakes. Our room with a balcony sadly didn’t have a microwave, and the breakfast room was closed during the day.

I was glad to see a live breakfast station, though I didn't get a chance to enjoy it but I saw other guests who were completely enjoying their breakfast. I would recommend this hotel for the distance to the airport, which is about a 15-minute drive.

The check-in experience could have been slighltly better. Guest rooms require refurbishment and repair. Upon entering I noticed a musty smell lingering in the room. There were broken handles in the bathroom and I think the furnishings needed a complete change; it seemed like I entered the early '90s era.

Is was right beside the park and close to shopping and food options. A great place for a few quiet days. At breakfast there was a staff member cooking fresh scrambled eggs not those pre-made omelet things. I was on the top 4 floor and heard the birds in the morning. Nice

The shuttle bus was late and then he told me he couldn't get me to the south terminal and drove like a maniac. Also the name Vancouver Airport Hotel, wow they to find that on the net. It may however have changed hands recently so perhaps all the signs hadn't been replaced.

Booked here at first because of the free airport shuttle, which worked efficiently and on time. The beds were exceptional for comfort, and the room was spotless. The staff without exception were friendly and helpful. They also recommended one of the best Chinese restaurants ever jyst a minutes walk from hotel. Woujd definitely stay here again

I understand this is an older hotel, but I wish there was a walk in shower rather than tub shower.

Breakfast was just what I expected and was appreciated. The staff in the breakfast room was fantastic. The front desk Staff and the cleaning staff were super super friendly, and the reason we would return.

Obviously the hotel is a bit dated to say the least. But the cleanliness and staff and comfortable beds is really all we were after. And it was surprisingly very quiet, considering the airport is near. Also, the free shuttle to the airport was appreciated.

The bed and pillows were super comfy...just like being at home. The room had everything I wanted and the staff were fantastic . Breakfast was included and was good as was shuttle to the airport. There was a bar and restaurant opposite so I didn't need to venture far for dinner. I was interested in visiting Stevenson which was easily accessed by a bus that stopped outside the hotel so getting around was super easy. I really enjoyed my stay.

We had to leave early so didn't get the breakfast. The shuttle arrived on time to take us to the hotel. The shuttle didn't run as early as we had to leave for the airport. The front desk staff were very helpful in getting an early morning Uber pick up. The room was as expected as we have stayed there before and would recommend to friends.

My first visit to Canada I just needed some where to crash for one night. The hotel is a little outdated, however 10 out of 10 for cleanliness and the breakfast is very adequate with plenty of choice for a continental with hot scrambled eggs. We used the hotel’s shuttle service which very convenient . Stayed one night to get ferry to the island next day. Bed was very comfortable and I slept very well. Staff are helpful, cheerful & friendly .

All good. If you want 5 star then stay at a 5 star hotel . This hotel has everything I needed and more for the price .

The have the best staff! Friendly, happy and take pride in this property. It is so clean. It is not brand new but it shines like it is. So refreshing to find a well priced property that hits all the things you need without costing a fortune. And with a smile & professionalism. As I told them I have no reason to stay anywhere else when I need a homebase near the airport. Shuttle and fresh eggs for breakfast too.

I had a hard time finding it in the dark of night. Passed the entrance a few times.
