Hospitality was absolutely above and beyond — every single staff member in restaurant and hotel seemed wonderfully trained, helpful, friendly, and attentive to solving problems (even observing and preventing possible problems or needs before they occurred). Views were wonderful, and restaurant food and wine list were delicious. Location was awesome — easy walk into city but nice to be slightly outside the hubbub. Self-park very easy and felt safe. Would seek this place out to stay again!

Only thing I can think of is that our bed was loud and creaky in room 432 so it woke the other person when one of us moved at night.

We had rooms overlooking the harbour which is a fantastic view, watching the seaplanes and cute little water taxis come and go was fascinating. The rooms were spacious but the coffee making facilities in the room were not particularly good. Breakfast served in the restaurant from a menu was not to my taste, the grab 'n go in Reception was more to our liking with good coffee on offer too. Evening dining on the terrace was very pleasant. Great location, easy to walk over the bridge into town and the hotel is also a stop for the hop on hop off bus. There is also a very pleasant, long, seawalk in front of the hotel. Victoria itself is lovely and the people are very friendly.

The breakfast menu was not to my taste. I prefer self service with a combination of pastries and hot food.

This is the second time that we stayed at the Delta. Both times were excellent. Service is always amazing, location cannot be beat, and walking along the waterfront is always a joy. We stayed here for our honeymoon and this year came back for our sixth anniversary. While in Victoria don't forget to visit The Raptors or in the past it was called the Pacific Northwestern Raptor Center in Duncan. Always one of our favorite places to visit. Also the restaurant IL Terrazzo is just across the walking bridge and has amazing service and food.

The bed was hard, but to be honest I say that of all hotels. I just love the soft squishy bed.

The hotel is in a great location within a nice walk around the lake to the downtown area. The hotel is situated on the opposite side of the lake, offering a view of downtown Victoria. When you walk in the main entrance of the hotel, you have a beautiful view of the lake. Paying the extra $ for the Lake View Suites is worth it, but if you can't book one, you can still enjoy the view from the lobby, outdoor patio, and restaurant.

We enjoyed our stay. A recommendation to the hotel is to extend the hours of the Concierge Services. Currently, the concierge hours are from 9 am to 5 pm, and active travelers typically leave the hotel by 9 am and do not return until the evening; therefore, they miss the concierge services. We were able to speak to the Concierge one morning, and she had good recommendations that enhanced our plan for the day.

We had a couple of issues upon check in, however the staff went over an above to ensure these were resolved to our absolute satisfaction. We felt very much looked after by the staff at this hotel and wouldn't hesitate to go back next time we visit Victoria. We loved the location, short walk into the centre, and incredible views over the harbour both day any night when Victoria is lit up. It's an easy walk to all the major areas in Victoria but also has a drop of/pick up point for the water taxi which was fantastic. All in all a brilliant stay at this hotel and a fabulous time all round on Vancouver Island.

I don't really have anything negative to say about the hotel. The pool area could be a little bigger, but other than that everything was great.

The staff were incredible. Extremely kind and helpful. I loved that it was pet friendly. I wish that more nice hotels were pet friendly. The view was spectacular and the walkability was perfect.

It was pretty pricey. $2500 for 3 nights is pretty prohibitive for most people in these trying times. The dog wasn't allowed anywhere but the lobby and the room. I thought that she might have been welcome on the patio of the restaurant.

I love the locations. Great hotel. The restaurant inside has great food. Fantastic employees, everyone was very friendly. My room was big with high ceilings. Lot of bathrooms options.

It was a llittle to expensive for a room that's faces a wall 🧱. Because our room was facing the employee entrance/loading dock, we have no view and we hear employee talking pretty loudly. The room was gorgeous and big but with no view, I think it should of been cheaper.

The service in every department is considered, thoughtful, and authentic. We loved the view from our room, the front desk staff, the guys at the guest service desk and the wonderful staff in the club lounge. Everyone was super friendly and helpful and made our stay outstanding. We had so much fun playing tennis, and the food in the club room was surprisingly delicious. (I’ve used club lounges in Fairmonts and Hyatts and they are always disappointing) The staff in the club room were awesome and were so helpful and really made us laugh!! They even made special meals for our celiac son! I cannot wait to stay here again!

The only thing was the whirlpool which was not heated and therefore not nice to sit in.

The staff were well trained, professional, and courteous. The macro ambiance of the property was impressive. The food and beverages were perfect, and the views were spectacular.

The flusher on the out of date toilet had to be manipulated each time to keep it from running. The in-room coffee came through the machine like weak tea, with little flavor. Poor quality.. That was disappointing. We enjoy a coffee in the room. There was only one 'to go' cup in the room. There were no 'unsweetened' creamer facsimiles offered.
